"We arrived after 18 miles of the Alpe Atria. All we wanted was a hot shower. There was no shower and there was NO plug in the tub to take a bath. There was only empty body wash containers. When I asked the clerk for shampoo he handed us a soap square the size of a euro and told us he would put new shampoo in the room the next night. He didn't. The next day when I complained about the lack of a plug in the tub, he handed me a plug that was too small and some aluminum foil to wrap around it. Our friends had exactly the same experience with their tub. None of the rooms had plugs."

"We stayed one night at Dobra Vila Bovec and were thoroughly impressed by this beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are tastefully decorated with high ceilings and offer stunning views from the balcony—something we wish we had more time to enjoy. Although we arrived late and left in the morning, the warm hospitality of the staff, the elegant ambiance, and the lovely breakfast made our short stay memorable. The checkout is 10:30 a.m. checkout. We would have loved to linger a bit longer to enjoy the views from the balcony on the sun loungers. We will definitely return."

"The hospitality at Hotel Mangart was absolutely phenomenal. The hostesses went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. One hostess accommodated my diet when the dinner menu when I was unable to eat what was being served. Another hostess, Ana S. was exceptional from the beginning of my stay to the end. When I lost my sunglasses in town, she went out of her way to give me a pair of her own which she no longer used. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Very nice hotel, comfortable room, good breakfast included. Very close to the Boka Falls, beautiful views of the surround mountains and the Soca river. Nice large, comfortable public balconies, self serve coffee and tea bars. Small private sauna (need to pre-book). Restaurant only does a set menu 4 course dinner, would be nice to have an ala carte menu. Would stay here again."

"The appartment is very nice, clean and warm. There is wifi throughtout the accomodation. A good breakfast is included. There is a big garden which I imagine is a great amenity during the summer. The owner is very kind, quite direct but kind. The destination is great for hiking, skiing and running."

"I'm writing to give a true and sincere testimonial about the hotel staff. Before that, just a small observation: I've stayed in many hotels around the world and, unfortunately, I've experienced petty theft before. It's a reality that, thankfully, doesn't happen in all hotel communities, but it can occur even in very high-end hotels. That said, I stayed at this hotel and I can say that it's very peaceful, clean, spacious, in a beautiful and comfortable location. But the biggest highlight goes to the people who work there. Besides being very friendly, they were honest and upright in a situation that happened to me. At check-out, I forgot some personal items—some with sentimental value and others with economic value—and from the beginning, the hotel cooperated 100% so that I could recover my belongings. It was constant, careful, and transparent contact, with the goal of me getting everything back even though I was thousands of kilometers away. The hotel staff took care of everything: 1. They packed the items 2. They contacted and managed the process with the local delivery person 3. They kept me constantly updated on the progress of the process I am very happy to share this testimonial, giving top marks to the seriousness and honesty of those who work at this hotel.
