This large 4-story end unit townhome can accommodate large groups and provides easy access to the beach. The building is not ocean front, but it is on the ocean block of Coastal Highway near 60th Street a few hundred feet from the beach. This listing is for Unit 2 South, the second unit on the right in the south building. This unit has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer and a 3 car private garage. If you need more parking, there is free parking along 60th street next to the townhome buildings on the left.Max Occupancy - Please note that if you are near the max occupancy of 12 people, everyone will be sharing beds with the exception of the twin mattresses.
