Guests acknowledge and agree that by booking a reservation for the Property, they are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions set out in the Property listing, including this Waiver, and that this Waiver shall survive Guests’ booking and stay at the Property and shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to principles of conflicts of interest.
