The dining table fits 8 , with space for a wheelchair - for the memorable family and friends gatherings . The kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped with everything you might need (dishes ,silverware ,pots and pens ,glasses , and the most basics spices ) . The appliances and sink are installed with accessibility in mind for a person in a whealchair . There is as well a big kitchen island and bar stools. The 2 French doors in the kitchen and living lead to a big deck ,half roofed , that has cozy outdoor furniture and a porch swing the size of a twin bed that you can take a nap during nice summer days. The grill is on the deck and the outdoor hot tub. There is a special ADA lift equipment for people in wheelchair to be able to use the hot tub as well.
