About this spaceIf you think you've seen it all, look again. Located in the heart of Rocky Point, NC, 25 minutes outside the bustling city of Wilmington, comes a unique experience like never before. Welcome to Triple F Farm, where luxury living and farm life meet. These three grain bins have been transformed into a modern master piece. From the meticulous ceilings, custom round kitchen, whiskey room & a sleeping suite that is unmatched. Texas Longhorns are on the farm for you to enjoy a part of America history.The spaceUpon entering the property, you will come through a private security gate. The road will take you to the farm. As the woods give way to open space, that feeling of freedom takes over. There is a barn on the property that houses farm equipment and feed. The Longhorn cattle are fed protein cubes (3) times a week. So you might see a farmer across the pasture of your suite feeding the boys! If you would like to feed them, all you need to do is ask, and we would love to have you interact with them with our supervision. As you pass by the barn on your left, the grain bins start to really catch your eye! These bins were originally installed in the mid to late 1960s. We have meticulously repurposed them to something you could never imagine on the inside. Just before you get to the bins look in front of you and you will see your own private white sand beach. Wood burning fire pit, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment. A small pier goes out over the water. When the pond is high you can sit on the end of the dock and drop those tired feet in the water. Once past the beach, you will arrive at the bins. Your space is right in front of the center bin. Any guest can park down in the other spaces. Once you walk into the center bin, we hope at that point, the craftsmanship and imagination will take over. All three bins are for your relaxation. This includes about 1880 sq ft. The pass through kitchen is stocked with a Bartesian, coffee, tea, eggs and pancakes for you. Wifi is available but cell phone service is very limited especially inside the home. There is a grocery store (Food Lion) approx. 2 miles down the road. The town of Burgaw is located just 9 miles north. Historic downtown Wilmington is just 16 miles and Wrightsville Beach & Topsail Beach are only 21 miles. There are tons of local restaurants for you to enjoy in Wilmington but if you do not want to leave the farm we can always accommodate you, for a separate fee, with fresh local shrimp, fish or beef & vegetables. We will just need some communication from you so we can be sure to have the fridge stocked before you arrive. Guest accessYou will be able to access all three bins. The only place we ask not, is what we call the "owners" closet. It just has some tools and supplies. Other than that, its all yours!!!!!!Other things to noteRemember we have Texas Longhorns on the property. They are majestic and a part of American history. “Sea Life” A well decorated, pet friendly, ocean view townhome in a convenient location just walking distance to the pier, restaurants, bars and shops, with its own private, covered parking for two vehicles. How you interpret ‘sea life’ is down to you! It may be the wonderful marine life on the island that you’ll spot, the shells you collect, the life on the beach around you - whatever you find brings you happiness and a sense of fulfilment at the ocean. This is one of the most popular locations on the island! The home is on an ocean front lot. You can see it has two duplexes built in front of it but you still have a great ocean and beach view to your left, right and straight ahead. You are only a number of steps to the sand! You can sit out on the high top deck chairs, and enjoy the scenery. Plus as an extra bonus you can clearly see the waves, and often dolphins, from the kitchen and living area. Guests love this location as the home is on a quiet street. It’s very rare there’s any street noise so you can hear the ocean at night too! We have a wonderful private beach access for the townhomes to use and it’s literally steps from the front door. There is no road to cross to the beach and you are almost on the beach due to being on an ocean front lot already! You will not need to carry the beach gear far that's for sure. So much easier if you have little ones or your dogs with you. Bed linens, Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, along with all the necessary items such as hair dryers, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning sprays, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper and washing detergents are all provided for you with no limit! Plus beach chairs, loungers, Beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, and a beach blanket. We even provide a furry friends kit if you are bringing along your pet- dog bowls, poop bags, dog blankets, a medium/ small crate and of course some tasty treats are all there for your dog. It's their vacation too right!? All this is included in your stay at no extra cost to you! The home has 3 smart TVs including one 65” screen with 125 channels including ESPN. The kitchen is fully equipped with all items you will need if you decide to cook in and enjoy the ocean view on an evening. There is a water boiler, coffee machine and a keurig and pods. The home has a king bed in the ocean side bedroom, a queen and twin in the second bedroom on the quiet roadside with the washing machine and dryer. I feel the size of the home would best suit families of up to 3-5 people. The kitchen, dining and living area is upstairs. There’s one flight of stairs to access this area in the house, and there are stairs outside from the carport up to the front door. The two bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower floor. The unit is 978 sq foot. We have had this rental just over a year and refurbished it at the start of 2023. We have changed most of the furniture and decor and added everything you need- if you have stayed at the home before please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. We are very excited to host you in 2024- we have been having vacations on Topsail island for many years and adore the island. We want you to enjoy our new home and Topsail Island as much as we do. We have the most wonderful, thorough cleaning/ hospitality manager who we are very lucky to have so we hope to provide you with an amazing stay. The Wheelhouse is a newly constructed 2 story home on stilts with beautiful beach views and quick access to the beach. Designed and furnished for comfort with over 2000 sq ft of tranquility. Start the day enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch watching the waves roll in, walk across the street for private beach access to spend the day with your toes in the sand and finish up enjoying dinner at the table that can seat all 10 guests. Located 3 minutes from central Surf City for dining and shopping. 4 Bedrooms for a private retreat. Main living is located on the top level to ensure the best view possible for lounging on the sofa, eating family meals together and porches on both levels to enjoy the ocean breeze. Great balance of accessibility to amenities on the island and access to the mainland while also having the space on the private access beach to spread out with family and friends.When you pull up to The Wheelhouse you will be greeted by a nice flat, partially paved parking area that can fit up to 6 vehicles. Like most beach properties, the house is on stilts so you will climb the stairs to Floor 1 entrance. From the driveway, if you turn towards the beach, directly across the road from you is the private beach access for the neighborhood. It is a very quick walk to get your toes in the sand! Floor 1:On Floor 1, you will find the king-bed master with ensuite double vanity with walk in shower bath, as well as access to the porch. Also on Floor 1 are two additional queen-bed bedrooms with a shared ensuite jack and jill bath; the bath has a water closet with a shower/tub combo and toilet allowing for privacy while sinks are in use. You will also find the laundry room with full size washer and dryer on this level. Floor 2:One of our absolute favorite features of the house, is the Floor 2 Porch that allows you watch the waves roll in on the private beach across the street. The layout of this house specifically put the living room and open kitchen on this floor to capitalize on the long range ocean view. The living room has a large sectional perfect for a group movie night. The eat-in kitchen bar and open dining area allows for everyone to be engaged and part of the fun. The luxury kitchen boast of beautiful stainless steel appliances and all the tools you will need to host a family style dinner. Eating together is a priority for us, so we ensured the table could accommodate all of the guest. We also have a drip and k-cup coffee machine so you can enjoy that morning cup on the porch. The 4th queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom is located on this floor as well as a half bath. To help you and your group enjoy the fun of the beach, we provide chairs as well as beach towels for guest, and an enclosed outdoor shower for easy washing. We are just a very short drive (or bike ride!) from the central amenities and restaurants of Surf City.The house has the highest speed wifi available and a private work space in bedroom 3 making this a great work from remote work option capable of all your video conferencing needs.
