Continuing eastwards, about 60 km from Sciacca, you can visit the Valley of the Temples and, once in the area, go and take a look at the Farm Cultural Park of Favara, an outdoor art gallery that winds through alleys and courtyards of the country and that, especially in summer, hosts artistic and cultural events.If you want to change areas, you can head west and visit the archaeological sites of Selinunte and Segesta, the first near the sea and the second in the hinterland of Trapani, and the Cusa quarries, characterized by banks of calcarenite from which the material for selinuntine constructions was extracted. After Erice, the beautiful medieval village perched on top of a mountain and overlooking the sea, you can quickly reach the Gulf of Castellammare, a vast area where you can visit the magnificent natural reserve of Zingaro, Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo and San Vito the Chief.
