"It was okay. Everything was clean, although there were already some signs of damage/odors despite recent renovations. Unfortunately, the pool was already closed due to the end of the season. Breakfast was rather below average."

"This would of been a really good expert if the parking wasn’t so bad. It was really a pain to have to get your card out every time you went in and out of the parking lot and it was a small parking lot for both hotels"

"Very quiet hotel, booked 2 orders, asked for a room, maybe the US service is not as flexible as domestic...ready to sleep for a day, but still awakened continuously, uncomfortable 😕 There was a small card on the bedside, a large QR code, and I didn’t think much at first. I thought it was a similar evaluation in China... I scanned it later and found out that it was a tip... Originally disturbed by rudeness in a row, very uncomfortable 😕 But finally I thought, house keeping Not guilty, or gave a cash tip..."
Boulder Marriott
"The overall environment is good, there is a huge Christmas tree at the door, and the corridor will be lit by natural gas at night (in fact, no one uses it for a few days). Facilities: The facilities are quite satisfactory and there are no bad facilities, but the iron has to be said to be difficult to use. Hygienic: very clean, the South Asian aunt is very good, stuffed me a few bottles of mineral water. The whole hotel area looks very clean. Service: In addition to the first morning when I encountered a need for a deposit, some embarrassment and feeling slightly impatient, the young people's service attitude was very good. The buff restaurant opposite P.S is very good, the best meal in Boulder these days."
Residence Inn Boulder Longmont
"My father-in-law booked 3 rooms here, and they were all excellent. Service staff were all extremely accommodating and very polite and engaging. There was an issue with the fire alarm during our stay where it repeatedly went off. The staff was very prompt at handling the entire situation, from customer service and answering our questions, to ensuring the proper technicians were immediately contacted to fix the problem. The maintenance employee, Jeff demonstrated FANTASTIC customer service. This is normally unheard of from maintenance employees in my experience, but Jeff set a precedent that customer service is always important! Jeff took great care of us, setting us up with management for alternative last minute booking accommodations at a nearby hotel (Springfield Suites, I believe) so that we could avoid being woken up in the middle of the night if the fire alarm were to inadvertently be triggered. Jeff thoroughly explained the issue with the system to us, repeatedly apologized, made me feel heard and understood, empathized with us, and handled the issue with professional courtesy that exceeded my expectations. I hope Jeff will get the recognition he deserves as a great employee and a valuable asset to this hotel and Marriott in general. Jeff, if you see this, thank you again many times over for your excellent service and personable skills. You’re a fine man employee and any employer should feel fortunate to have you on-hand. Best of luck in your future!"
