Oporto Near Apartments Reviews

One of the worst places I've ever booked a stay. I booked to stay last Friday, 11/22/24, and when I arrived at the location and the agreed time to check in, I came across a man who was painting the building. This same man contacted the host, who in turn is not at all professional and has no character to be in this business. He told the painter to tell us that the reservation had been canceled half an hour before check in, which meant that if it had been the client who did it, he would have lost all the money from the reservation. Then the host showed up (a certain João) and didn't want to give his full name so that no complaints could be made about him. He said he couldn't do anything about our reservation and that we had to figure it out ourselves. We have already identified the accommodation company Oportonear Apartments with ADECO. In short and in conclusion, I had to spend an extra €400 to avoid being left on the street because Oportonear Apartment takes 30 days to refund the money for my reservation with them, which was cancelled. I strongly advise people not to stay in these accommodations.

The room was unbearable we didn't sleep all night People talking loudly all night and the noise of each car is noticeable The bathroom smells like sewage it's filthy!!! Too much humidity in the room I have asthma and my night was very difficult I strongly advise against this room and the staff did not want to reimburse us for the remaining night it is not humane to sleep here Sleep in the street might be better

I stayed this week for three nights. The room was good, the only flaw was that it was on the ground floor with the road passing a meter away, without windows or curtains to darken the room, a busy and noisy road. Dear hoteliers, have you ever slept in this room? Try it!! And you will ruin your holiday. You are terrible hoteliers. Never again!! Andrea and Antonella

Reseña de Near Apartments Porto No puedo expresar lo frustrante y horrible que fue mi experiencia con Near Apartments Porto. Hice una reserva a través de su página web, la cual nunca existió. La reserva ya estaba pagada, pero al avisar por su número de whatsapp de mi reserva como ellos me mencionaron en email, me informaron que no tenían ninguna constancia de mi reserva y simplemente me mintieron. Me dijeron que me regresarían mi dinero en 5 días hábiles, pero nunca sucedió. Estuve días esperando sin ninguna solución. Lo peor de todo fue la falta de apoyo y el trato que recibí del personal. El señor que me atendió nunca quiso decirme su nombre, y además, me gritó varias veces por nota de voz y me agredió verbalmente de una forma muy fea. Fue una situación realmente humillante y desagradable. Nunca me ofrecieron una alternativa de alojamiento ni se hicieron responsables de su error. Al final, me bloquearon de todos sus canales y sigo esperando respuestas. Mi recomendación es clara: no viajen nunca a este lugar. Es una estafa total. Si buscan un lugar fiable y que realmente se preocupe por sus huéspedes, les recomiendo Youropo, con quienes me he quedado varias veces y siempre han sido excelentes. En comparación, Near Apartments Porto se aprovechó de ser extranjera y me trataron de la peor manera. Son completamente falsos y poco profesionales.
