As it offered, I was able to concentrate on working and writing my chapters. 20mins walking distance to downtown; but you will enjoy your neighbourhoods - there are a very and local vibe-cozy cafe, pub, and tapas bar I went everyday. Breakfast was very generous!"

"We arrived around 10 PM and, as expected at that hour, there was no one at reception. We received instructions to open the doors and access the safe where the apartment key was supposed to be. Access to the parking lot is tight, so I recommend caution for those driving larger vehicles; being a narrow street, maneuvering isn't easy, but I still consider the parking lot a significant advantage. We entered without difficulty, with the boys asleep in the car. However, upon opening the safe assigned to me, it was empty, without any key. I called the number sent via WhatsApp and, after apologizing, they quickly resolved the problem, indicating that there was a master key in another safe. I followed the instructions, retrieved that key, and we went to the second floor, ready to enter apartment 23. My wife and I spent at least 10 minutes trying to open the door, without success, with the children already lying on the floor waiting. After contacting them again, they suggested we try opening apartment 25, which was the same type and available. The door opened on the first try, without any difficulty! I must say we were very pleased with the apartment: spacious, well decorated, and fully equipped. We had a peaceful night. The next day, after breakfast, we were getting ready to leave, as we had an appointment at 11 am. I then received a WhatsApp message asking me to go to reception to hand over the master key and pick up the key to apartment 25. I replied that it was no problem, as we were leaving at that moment. Upon arriving at reception, I was greeted by Mr. Helder Costa. We exchanged keys, and as I was preparing to leave, I was asked to sit down. I explained that I was in a hurry, but even so, Mr. Helder insisted on a speech, arguing that the key opened apartment 23. I replied that, even after 10 minutes of attempts by both my wife and I, we couldn't open it – and apartment 25 opened immediately, which proves there was a problem. Mr. Helder retorted that he understood we were tired and that's why we hadn't been able to open the door. The insistence was so great that I ended up asking what the purpose of the conversation was anyway and commented that it was becoming unpleasant. To the point of opening a drawer, removing a lock cylinder and inserting a key to demonstrate that "this is how it worked". I explained to him that, more than anyone, I was the most interested in being able to open the door, but I couldn't. Given that the subject wouldn't stop, I offered to go with me to apartment 23 to try the key, since it was such a delicate matter for Mr. Hélder. He refused, claiming he couldn't leave the reception area. I ended the conversation, informing him that I really needed to leave and had already mentioned several times that I was late. Unexpectedly, Mr. Hélder, already visibly agitated and gesturing wildly, shouted:"

"The newly opened hotel has very warm and thoughtful service. The room is very comfortable and the bedding is very soft, but the room area is relatively compact. The room is well soundproofed. The breakfast is also quite rich, but there are too many desserts. The hotel has its own parking lot, and it is free."

"A very strange hotel. On the plus side, there's air conditioning, clean linens, and toiletries. A pleasant woman from Colombia at the front desk. On the minus side, there's no elevator, so if you're carrying heavy bags, you'll have to go up as you please. We had room 9, and the bathroom and the room are the same thing. It feels like you're sleeping in the bathroom. I was with my husband, who obviously knows me, but I still felt uncomfortable going to the bathroom. There are mirrors all around, and even if you don't want anyone to see you, excuse the expression, pooping, they'll still see you. So, couples on a romantic trip shouldn't be here, only seasoned married couples. The leatherette bed wasn't exactly fresh and had holes in it. Early check-in wasn't allowed."

What's not so pleasant is having to wear a cap while swimming and having to book the restaurant in the morning. In the room the lighting was very poor, almost impossible to read. Check in, address of reception is different and address of apartment are bit different. For first timers, it is difficult to get to the reception and than to the property. 2. Electric water Geyser didn't work well. It stopped giving heated water during bathing 3. Somebody press our door bell at early 4 am. might be another guest and would have been done by mistake but it was enough to disturb our sleep"
