"This is the first time I've ever been woken up in the middle of the night by a hotel, and I honestly don't know what to say. The top floor is a karaoke room, and I have no idea why our room was making so much noise from so many floors away. When I called the front desk, they were incredibly nonchalant, just saying they'd change our room. Then they sent a security guard and a key-giving lady to come over and supervise us packing like supervisors. The guard kept urging us to hurry up and give him our room key. Not a single apology! I was furious… I demanded to see their manager… only then did the key-giving lady start apologizing… and then something even more absurd happened—there was no duty manager! The front desk asked the key-giving lady if she could see their manager's ID… what use is an ID? I didn't see a single manager by the time I checked out the next day! Afterwards, I complained to Ctrip… Ctrip said they could refund half the room fee… I said I didn't want the room fee, I wanted to see a manager to discuss this, but I never got to see them… Ctrip just refunded the money… they'd rather refund the room fee than meet with us and accept our complaint! How unprofessional is this hotel?"

Air conditioning, electric toilet, free drinks in the room, and a lot of space! The opposite Garang Palace is great for taking pictures, and there are snow-capped mountains! Pets are free and the staff are very gentle! There are also charging stations! I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again when the flowers are in bloom and enjoy life.
