"The location is very suggestive, rather dilapidated rooms with inadequate services (the water jet from the sink, too small) came out of it, wetting the floor. We risked a serious accident due to the sudden detachment of a heavy finish on an unlikely canopy. Beautiful floor... uneven in several places, with obvious holes and tiles coming loose in several places. Modest breakfast, little variety with poor quality products and very limited time (barracks shifts) to consume it in due relaxation. Experience not to be repeated."

Perfect structure in every particular, aperitif in the very good b&b, breakfast with sweets made at home and sauces and top cheese. Massage in a spectacular room, Elena is goodwill not recommended. For anyone who wants indoor spa. The owner, Tiziano, very educated and smile person .....e is not discount. Sara has cocktailed us at breakfast with her sweets. The restaurant recommended me very good. Vote 10 and praise all thanks, a greeting from Antonello and Simona"

"My favorite place in Bolsena. I often stay at this hotel for work and immediately felt at ease with the atmosphere and the entire staff. The property is furnished in a classic, elegant style. Another highlight is undoubtedly the beautiful view of Lake Bolsena, which can be enjoyed from both the dining room and the enormous terrace of the very clean and tidy rooms. The cuisine is unbeatable, offering local dishes from the land and lake, generous portions and superior quality. The quality is also reflected in the breakfast, with fresh, tasty products. The entire exterior is also meticulously maintained, with the lakeside beach, the pier, and the panoramic terrace. The owners are welcoming and kind, and you can sense their passion and love for their work and their establishment."

The decor is themed around Beethoven and is modern and chic. excellent bedroom and bathroom with all the facilities expected of a quality hotel. "It is a lovely and calm place with a good swimming pool. It has apartments so you can cook your own meals. They don't offer dinner, only breakfast. My recommendation is that they start offering dinner. They have a nice bar that is very close to the city of BOLSENA. All in all, it was worth the money we spent."

"The historical value of the place and the quality standards of hospitality are not on par. As a guest of the hotel I do not recommend it: dark and cold room, overlooking a courtyard at the back of a restaurant (unbearable fumes of fried food and sauce), upholstery in need of sanitization, no wardrobe, reception telephone, minibar, shelves in the bathroom, bed pillows in extreme conditions, musty smell, deodorants everywhere, dark frills and a receptacle for mites and dust, no air conditioning system, it was a challenge to take a shower in fact. No internal bar service, no porter for luggage and stairs, no service, apart from the cleanliness of the room which I also had something to complain about, in the structure, no hall, no bar, not even water in the room (very different from the photo) .... staff not very empathetic. And something obsolete: we paid for the stay at check in and not at check out: rather in bad taste I would say (chasing on the stairs to urge us to do it immediately and after having tried without notifying us to do it on the card number provided at the time of booking with payment at the facility..... unbelievable stuff)! I would not recommend it except as a museum to visit..... maybe ....!"

Top the mini Spa with Turkish bathroom and couple hydromassage. It is a "nick" place, but for anyone who wants to give something in more than one simple place to spend the night, this is the right place."

"The location on Piazza Dante Alighieri is convenient to the lake, 2 lake front restaurants, and a pretty walk on a hydrangea lined street up to the walled city section. Convenient parking in a gated lot behind the hotel. Stop in front of the hotel on the piazza to checkin, drop bags, and then park. There is an elevator for handicap access, but all access to the pool is via steps. The hotel furnishings and decor is very traditional, pretty, and the photos are representative. There is a very nice pool that has a couple umbrellas for shade. Breakfast is provided: meat and cheese, bread, yogurt, cereal, and assortment of cakes and croissant. Coffee/tea/water. Breakfast ends at 10:30 and they will ask if it’s ok to clear food starting at 10:15, so don’t go down late. The shower is a corner shower. Half of each of the doors on the sides (not against the wall) slide back. Some will find the entry to the shower to be small. It wasn’t an issue for us. We will complain about the air conditioning. Where the hotel has a/c, it is not effective enough to adequately cool the rooms. There is no individual temperature control in each room, so you only get whatever temperature the hotel sets. It seems the temperature gets turned up a lot during the day (or the a/c cannot keep up with the heat during the day) and by the time it starts running at night, it is too hot to sleep. Around 8:30am we can notice cooler air blowing in the room, but it’s too little too late. At 37C outside, it was uncomfortable to sleep. Even opening the window didn’t help at night."
