"I was quite disappointed with my stay. First, the hotel advertised an indoor pool and hot tub (pictures below is from their website)that simply didn’t exist, which was misleading. Second, the check-in process was very slow because the trainee at the front desk was unsure of the procedures. It took more than five minutes just to check in, and they ended up giving me the wrong directions to my room, which meant I had to walk all around the hotel to find it. Third, even though I requested a quiet room away from the freeway, I was woken up multiple times at night by noises outside. In the morning, I found garbage bins knocked over and trash all over the parking lot. Finally, I requested a wake-up call at 6 a.m., and it never came. Overall, not a great experience."

"Location: Pretty nearby the highway. Cleanliness: Bad, dead bug bodies inside the room and it seems long time no one used the room. Service: Front desk is an old man who is nice to share his electric fan with us due to the extremely hot weather in the night (AC can't cool down efficiently since it's too hot outside) Facilities: Covers standard need with travel, qualified as a motel."

"I paid for a six-night stay with breakfast and a king-size bed, but I didn't get any breakfast because they don't have any. Will Trip reimburse me? The room had two small beds because they don't have king-size rooms. The TV didn't work, the microwave didn't spin, the furniture was broken and dirty, and there were bugs crawling on the beds. I'm very unhappy with this hotel…"

"We arrived to no one at the front desk to check us in.. discovered a " robot" was about to check us in,he was in the Philippines. The room was ok, very dated and really needed a fresh paint job. The worst part was the " breakfast" there was a small bowl with maybe a cup of old dried up scrambled eggs.. no meat products. Few slices of bread in the holder.. ( see attached photos) Sure wasn't worth the money we paid to stay there. Lesson learned."
