"Great location, seaside hotel, great view, Spanish breakfast is also good"

"I am feeling very frustrated. I arrived at 9pm and traveled from Norway to stay from October 6th to 8th. Since my birthday was on October 4th, I arrived tired and the reception was closed. I walked carrying a lot of weight to the Horitizó hotel, because a sign said that I would have to check in there, where the receptionist “Ana Clara” made me pay a €200 deposit, insinuating that something might go missing from the apartment during my stay. “Ana Clara” was extremely rude and ironic! She said that if I didn’t like the place, I shouldn’t come back! She completely ruined the vibe of my trip. She treated me despicably. A type of person who is not suited for the job she does, the card I use was not accepted at the place and she said: “I can’t believe you don’t have another one, after all you need to eat, extremely unnecessary!!!! I have traveled to more than 21 countries and I have been to almost all of Spain and I have never been so mistreated in my entire life, not to mention that the apartment smells of incense, where she put me on the first floor where you could hear the noise of people slamming doors, cars and people talking. It ruined my trip and if I could I would leave tomorrow, I do not recommend it to anyone who arrives late from their trip and has to check in at another reception. Nowhere in the email or receipts does it say that I have to pay a deposit, but the problem here isn't even the money. It's the attitude of the receptionist. I’m going to take pictures of the apartment, I want my deposit back and the feeling of frustration is immense. I was mistreated I don't feel safe and I'm afraid of being treated in other places the same way I was treated by the receptionist, I came from Norway to sunbathe and ended up getting traumatic stress!!!! Terrible experience!!!!"

"2 hotel are joined each other so use pools from both that is nice Check in lady was really nice Bar workers were such a nice person Checkout lady was garbage Reception sitting area is garbage Because of one person . Working in the bar you deserved 4* review Otherwise this hotel is not 4* Rooms are small for families . For 2-3 it’s ok Food is nice I liked it Again thanks for the person/manager"

"Nice and clean. Comfy beds. Small Bathroom and shower!! As a bigger bloke a bit tight for me!! Good wifi connection in room. Never did get the TV working. No chair ot desk in room. Massive free car park to rear of building which my room overlooked. No Bar or lounge on site but Hotel 2 doors down had bar and did breakfast at extra cost. Very reasonably priced. I was attending a music festival in Santa Suzannah so just slept in the room. Wouldn't be nice if you were there for a family holiday or were a couple wanting to spend much time in the room. In a dodgy area!! Some grotty bars nearby and the money transfer shop next door seemed to attract some rough looking individuals. Prefer the Eastern part of The Costa Brava. Blanes seemed tatty and a bit of a dump!! Nice staff! Very friendly."

"This is a 1 star at the best! It claims to be a 4 star hotel…..someone needs to reavaluate as it’s Terrible! Awful facilities, might have been nice when it opened but has never been maintained and brought back up to date….lots of facilities broken. It’s truly bad…not kettle in room, towels are about 40 years old. Pool towels you need to hire and pay for clean ones… pool was dirty, room dirty, booked a quad room and got a triple."
