"Unfortunately due to flight issues, I was very late arriving, and I always wonder if there will be problems when you turn up late. No such problems. (the issue is that BA seem to be unaware of the fact that when running an airline, its useful to use the same 24 hour clock as everyone else, and think that its more fun if they reinvent a 26 hour one, and even better if the hours are not necessarily sequential) A 20 min walk from the air terminal with Google walking directions - easy enough, and the night reception (at 1am) was very efficient and welcoming. The room was great - comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a kettle which is a great touch, although like all these pod-coffee machines, they're great if you know how to use them, but if you don't know how to use this exact model, then you are completely on your own - no instructions, no handy pictorial guide, no stickers saying 'press here' or so on. Nope - you've just got to guess. Once I'd cleared up the water it was fine. Breakfast was really good - excellent choice and very high quality. Good location for the airport. It's about 800m walk. That takes about 10-15 minutes, which is actually pleasant when you've been cooped up on a plane. I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully for longer next time."

"A very satisfactory hotel. There's a hotel shuttle. Just call them as soon as you exit Hall B at the airport, and they'll pick you up. The room amenities were good, typical Holiday Inn standards, and very quiet. The lobby staff was very friendly, and I encountered them all three days in a row. However, on my last day, I left at 9 a.m. and returned at 10 a.m. to pack up and check out, only to find that the staff had already placed new bedding and towels on the shelves. There's a huge shopping mall nearby, so you can easily buy snacks and water within a short walk."

"◎The room was clean and comfortable. ◎A small water pack was provided free of charge in the room. ◎It is within walking distance of Toulouse Airport. △Perhaps it is privately run, but the phone never connects. When I thought I got through, they hung up saying they don't speak English. If you booked through Trip.com, it might be better to contact them through that. △Because it is close to the airport, many people probably use flights that arrive late at night or depart early in the morning, but the last check-in time is early (note that this varies depending on the day of the week). My flight was delayed by about an hour, but they contacted me through Trip.com and I was able to check in safely."
