"I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The hotel exceeded my expectations; the facilities were good, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms adequate, and everything worked perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. It was my friend's birthday, and they made him a small cake with what they had and sang "Happy Birthday" to him—super nice, it was a really thoughtful touch. The breakfast is more Asian than Western, but it has options: some pastries, toast, and eggs with fruit and juice. We had dinner there a couple of times, and it was quite good. The only downside is that if you want to have a beer, it's quite expensive, very expensive. But there aren't many options nearby."

"K2 was such a highlight of my travels through Indonesia! They were so friendly and accommodating. Right from the start, my flight was delayed and I worried I wouldn’t be able to meet the arranged transport, but they picked me up and delivered me to the resort at 1 in the morning! There was even a sandwich waiting in my room for me. From there on out, I was taken care of, from the delicious meals to the dive guides finding my favorite creatures. I was even able to borrow a camera to capture all of the tiny sea life and now I’m hooked on macro! I cannot recommend K2 enough, and I can’t wait to come back!"

"We had three nights here in order to try and see as much wildlife as possible. And we weren't disappointed. Ana was a magnificent host and very accommodating regarding the picky eater writing this review. All the food was excellent and the staff very welcoming. It's a bit of a hike from the garden rooms up 70+ steps but not too difficult really. Room was large and very comfortable. Very close to the National Park."

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, but it is very good to have a good breakfast in a bark with fruits. "Perfect stay for a family visit to the park. We were given two rooms next to each other. Spotlessly clean, mosquito nets provided, and even including lunch, dinner, and breakfast. Which was delicious. From the hotel, it is a three-minute drive to the park entrance, where we took an afternoon/evening tour to see the tarsiers and tarantulas, and a morning tour to see the hornbills and macaques. And many more animals. The hotel is not always easy to find in various taxi apps under Homestay Tangkoko Hill, but it is listed under Tangkoko Macaca Resort. It is the same address. Another option that works is the first resort on the right as you drive into Tangkoko."

"We are so happy we chose to stay at Tangkoko Sanctuary Villa, this is certainly one of the best accommodation in this area! This little hotel (currently four rooms, but soon to have some more) is run by three wonderful ladies who will do their utmost to make their guests feel at home. The rooms were super clean and spacious, food was fabulous but the best is that you immediately feel like being part of the family! We really regret having booked for only two nights as there is so much to enjoy there. The guide they provided for the national park tour was very knowledgeable, spoke excellent English too and showed us everything we had hoped to see. Transportation from and to the airport worked very well! We would go back there without any hesitation and hope to be back soon!"
