Recommended it you stay in Bishkek. Very helpful staff and helped my on my way and around Kyrgyzstan.

The hotel is nice and cozy, the breakfast excellent (though it was funny to have caviar sandwiches with artificial caviar 😂😂). The only bed thing is that I was offered the room, which was not cleaned after previous guest (it was of course changed)

This was the worst hotel experience I've had in recent memory: when I arrived, the hotel told me that my reservation wasn't valid because they no longer work with the website, and they charged me 2.5 times the price of my reserved room. It was obviously just a ploy to charge a higher rate, and even if it was a mistake, they should've honored the price I reserved online. When I arrived in the room and went to shower, I discovered that there was no hot water. I called the front desk, and they told me to let the water run for five minutes. When the wi-fi also didn't work, they sent the bellboy. By then, the shower had been running for over five minutes, but still no hot water. The bell boy said to let it run for 10 minutes. You guessed it, hot water never arrived. The toilet also didn't function properly, and the breakfast spread was depressing. Meanwhile, the service was lousy and rude. Finally, when I went to check out, they told me to wait five minutes. Given that I had already paid, and that I remember what they said about waiting five minutes for hot water, I simply walked out. I'll never return and strongly recommend that no one else stay there as well.

Very good, great location, all attractions can be reached on foot, breakfast is fully equipped in the local area, the front desk guy is enthusiastic and speaks good English, which is rare. He is the best English-speaking local I have met in this Russian-speaking country

The location is very good and you can walk to any attraction. The front desk is friendly. The room is not small and very clean. You can see the snow-capped mountains outside the window. The breakfast is very rich and very satisfactory.

The hotel view was nice and it was nice to be able to eat breakfast on the upper floor! It was nice to have a currency exchange office on the first floor.

The hotel is in a great location, with large rooms and complete facilities, but the shower pipe is leaking. The hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off service, which costs 1,300 sos (about 110 yuan) one way. There is a currency exchange on the first floor, which is very convenient for exchanging currency and change.

A good relatively new hotel in the center. The room is spacious, has everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. You can walk everywhere. The staff quickly responds to requests. 20 minutes walk to the Central Department Store, central locations. There are many shops, cafes, supermarkets nearby. There is a restaurant with a view on the top floor. Breakfasts are a bit meager, but there is plenty to choose from.

The hotel pleased us not only with its wonderful breakfasts on the top floor with a view of the city, but also with a spacious, clean room with modern renovation. The responsive staff and well-kept rooms made our stay in this hotel very pleasant.
