"At first glance, the hotel makes a very sophisticated impression, and the service is very attentive. The average clientele seems to be mainly over 60/70. The breakfast buffet is very rich and varied. The evening dining options are clearly focused on a buffet, with a very sparse à la carte menu. The wellness area is equipped with enough saunas, but the relaxation area has absolutely nothing to do with being relaxing. A few loungers right next to a pool with a noisy counter-current system do not invite relaxation. Furthermore, in some places, you can tell that the hotel has been around for a few years. This is especially noticeable in the room furnishings or in the signage at the entrance, where humidity has caused faded menus to curl. And then there's the issue with the shower curtain in the bathroom. It has genuinely been decades since a shower curtain surprised me in a 5-star hotel. Completely inappropriate. The shower is very small, so you are constantly 'attacked' by the shower curtain while showering. All in all: A hotel in a really great location, but overall a bit dated."

"The hotel is very nicely located. However, for the price, we expected more. The breakfast was mediocre and very limited; for example, regular liver sausage was promoted as a specialty on the menu. It was no comparison to similarly priced hotels we've seen. The staff, however, was very friendly."

"We stayed at the Rugard Thermal Strandhotel for a short trip and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect from arrival to departure, and we were able to completely switch off from everyday life. The hotel boasts a fantastic location directly on the beach promenade, which is just perfect for wonderful walks along the Baltic Sea. Our room was cozy, very clean, and offered exactly the comfort you'd want for a short getaway. We were not disappointed with the culinary offerings either – the food was delicious, and the staff throughout the entire hotel were consistently friendly and accommodating. Conclusion: A thoroughly successful stay. If you're looking for a great hotel for a relaxing short break, this is the place to be. We would love to come back again!"

"The hotel has a good environment suitable for children on vacation. There are children's pools, indoor toy rooms and outdoor amusement facilities. The two-bedroom room is small but has a small balcony and a small kitchen with an induction cooker kettle and coffee maker. The breakfast variety can also be very spacious. The restaurant is on the beach. The hotel has a parking lot cost six euros, overall it is OK"

"Great leisure in BinzHotel - very recommendable We were back in BinzHotel and have been able to spend a wonderful holiday. The greatly furnished and very clean rooms always surprise positive. The hotel is super accessible in traffic and is located near the mini-train station from the “Rasenden Roland”. The beach is a kilometre walk away or is available free of charge by the bus, through the shortcut card. The whole team is friendly, hearty and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with a rich choice. The perfect start in the day."
