Horrible hostel impossible to sleep a lot of noise, i had the feeling to disturb the receptionist at the check-in better to choose another place to stay really !

The receptionist is so enthusiastic and provides satisfactory service.

I really liked the welcome. I was with super nice people in the room to be redone.

Pros. Price and location. 4 bed family dorm booked at kady minute did the trick . 10/. 15 min walk to Guggenheim. Cheap cafes/ resturaunts near by . Parking near by .clean . Has kitchen . Cons : no air con/ fan and room overlooked a small and airless courtyard so room was very stuffy . ( prob not an issue iitsude if summer ) room very small. Shower curtain arrangement made it hard not to flood bathroom.

Stayed one night only - unfortunately very poor value for money and would not recommend. Stayed in a 6 bedroom dorm, very limited space, I was in lower bunk 1F which I would not recommend as it is directly next to the bathroom door. Unable to use assigned locker as no space to open door without compromising personal space of other people. Worst hostel stay over past 10 days - checked out and found cheaper, better hostel elsewhere in Bilbao. Check in host allowed me to stay in common area in advance of formal check in which is only reason this rates a 2, not a 1. Also just one ensuite toilet / shower not adequate for 6 people in the morning, so otherwise have to go downstairs in common area if you need to use bathroom.

Well located, close to everything, decent bedding, clean linen. However, it was too hot in the room and impossible to turn down the heating. The elevator was working when we arrived, but broke down later. Parking nearby.

The location is well connected to the city center by metro. The downside: they don't answer the phone. I wanted to leave my bags because our flight arrived in Bilbao at 9 a.m. It was impossible. I spent €16 on a lock-in because they didn't answer until 12:30 p.m. saying we could leave. The room was quite spacious, although a bit run-down.

Disappointing, Dirty, Guests who told me that they were staying there because they had been expelled from a reception center and at night many drunk people arrived with a horrible smell of drink and to the point that they urinated in the beds and being 6 people in a very small room without air conditioning or fan. What's more, there is no security for guests. There is no 24-hour reception and these immigrants, and people expelled from detoxification centers, give their password to others so that they can enter the hostel and without being registered or having paid anything and use the facilities as they please. With the insecurity that this entails for the rest, who have paid and are registered and in turn enter the shared rooms. Not respecting either rest or schedules. There are cameras in the common areas and those in charge ignore monitoring and controlling that people who have not paid cannot enter, They are told and informed of this and they say that they cannot control it, since the 24 hours at the reception. It is unsafe since most of the guests who frequently stay at the hostel have stolen belongings from other guests. And at night the managers of the hostel do not answer the phone or your calls. There are loud arguments in the adjoining rooms. A horror and an astonishing insecurity. They lie on their website that there is a kitchen. There is nothing to cook with, no utensils. What's more, the thieves even took the dishwashing liquid from the sink where there are only old yellow plastic cups. An old refrigerator with expired food. Old, unsafe and broken elevator. I had to carry my suitcases down the very steep stairs. I asked for the complaint form because what was offered and displayed on the sales pages did not correspond to reality when I arrived at the hostel. The showers are very narrow with plastic curtains that flood, and there's nothing to collect and absorb the puddled water on the floor. You have to use the towels they provide to avoid slipping and keep the water from entering the room. A very expensive mini padlock, €10? There's a lot of noise at night from the bars and taverns, and you can't close the only window, and you can't even open it fully because the beds block it, as there's no air conditioning or fans. The heat is unbearable. I wouldn't go back even if it were free.

The entrance, dining room and room cards are magnetic and are constantly invalidated, they are defective. They do not fix this, even though I warn them that I have been left out in the cold at night, in the rain, unable to enter because of the defective cards. This has happened to more of my roommates. I urge the hotel to immediately fix this serious problem.

The dirtiest place I have ever encountered. Ants, mosquitoes and other unidentified animals in the room. There was a lot of mold in the shower that I can't really estimate how old it was. As soon as I entered we saw the bathroom and the fauna in the place and decided to leave. They gave us our reservation back, but this place is very serious, I don't know how they allow it to be open. I wouldn't spend a night there even if they gave me money. The receptionist was very friendly.

Habitación normal con sus literas. Un baño normalito. Limpio. La ubicación, Nosotras llegamos del aeropuerto en bus A2153 te deja a 5 min del hostal. Está 20 min de gugemheim y del gugemheim 25min para ir al casco antiguo, caminando. En el pasillo para ir a las habitaciones la gente hace bastante ruido, también es cuestión de educación, pero un cartel por los pasillos no estaría mal. En resumen normal.

Reservamos una habitación cuádruple para 3 amigos y la habitación era enana. Era un horno y hubo muchísimo ruido durante toda la noche, gente dando portazos, gente en el patio interior toda la noche charlando...
