"Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal , leider hatte.wir zwei Familien auf dem Stock, die nicht wussten, wie man sich in einem Hotel verhält, Türen knallen, spät abends rumrennen auf dem Flur . Das war das einzig ärgerliche . Reichhaltiges Frühstück , super Lage um Biellas Fußgängerzone zu erkunden. Prima Matratzen, Kopfkissen leider viel zu weich."
