I had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih, Biak, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, providing a great place to rest. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist with any needs. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more pleasant. The food served at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, with a variety of options available for both breakfast and dinner. Every meal was satisfying and well-prepared. Overall, Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Biak, whether for business or leisure.

First time was a bit hesitant, but they actually went beyond my expectations.

On Biak Island, the facilities and services of this hotel are top-notch! It is also located in the commercial center of Biak, opposite to the supermarket and KFC. The ATM of Mandri Bank can also withdraw money with UnionPay cards, saving the need to bring credit cards. There are also local food stalls on the other side, which are very convenient for shopping and eating. The breakfast is also quite rich and is served from 4 am, which is said to be for the convenience of local Muslims. Therefore, this hotel is very suitable for business trips and ordinary travel. However, the surrounding area of ​​the hotel is relatively noisy and the environment is a bit messy, which is not suitable for feeling the natural atmosphere of the tropical island, so I prefer the Asana Hotel near the airport. Service: The waiter can speak English, but has an accent and needs to be confirmed multiple times. Facilities: The swimming pool is outdoor and not large, and the gym is also OK

The service at Swiss-Belhotel Cenderawasih Biak is very satisfying, I feel very comfortable staying here while doing activities in Biak.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Most rooms come with sea or city views, and feature comfortable bedding, a functional work desk, and reliable Wi-Fi. The air conditioning works well—a must in Biak’s tropical climate. Bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, with good water pressure and basic amenities.

Staff attentiveness was excellent service, the food was amazing especially Indonesian dishes on breakfast buffet This hotel near shopping centre just cross the road Room cleanliness 5 stars, also they have special set menu dim sum selection love all of them ! Would definetly come back !

I would love to recommend Swiss-Belhotel Cendrawasih Biak for your Business and Leisure visit to Jayapura, Papua. Hotel located in the City just 5 minutes from AirPort and its in the heart of town. Surrounded by Business and commercial area where opposite the hotel is the only shopping mall in Town. They do have Great Hospitality. Best hotel in town with good Products and Services. Great lobby area and Restaurant next to lobby area. Restaurant so beautiful with full of variance of breakfast to pamper yourself. They do have outdoor Pool plus also gym area and they do offer spa treatment as well in the hotel. Room got spacious and nice inside, recommended to book Grand Deluxe with city view. The highest one I got chance to see was Presidential Suite which is spacious and beautiful. For you who wants to have meeting activities they do have some Meetings Rooms and Ballroom. So many meeting rooms so you can have such as Big conference. I got chance to explore some nature area which can be accessed from hotel in One Day you can Explore all Biak Island. From white sandy beach, beautiful and nature waterfalls, Biak Orchid and Special Bird where you can only find in Papua called Cendrawasih and also Biak mascot Bird called Mambruk. Besides you can also see the historical Japanese few years ago at Japanese Cave. And beautiful Blue Water called Kali Biru. To end you can also see beautiful Sunset. In Biak island you can do everything from Surfing, Diving, Hiking, Running, Swimming, Touring, Photography and many more to do and to explore. I left my heart in this island for the nature and culture, so beautiful and unbelieveable with the local people who can bring you good memory. The Hospitality service from all Teams start from Security to Front Office, Restaurant, Housekeeping all of them are trully have their passion. I would highly recommended to stay at Swiss-Belhotel Cendrawasih Biak, Papua, the Best good Quality Products ans Services in town. Will be back soon for my holiday with my son and Friends. Service excellent, clean and tidy room, and warm hospitality. View outside the window is beatifull. Front of hotel there are mall that provide groceries that will be very helpfull if we need something. In here also there are swimming pool and gym

Very well maintained rooms, never will they disappoint the most demanding guests’ Extremely friendly & helpful front desks’ Location is also convenient, they have a supermarket just opposite the hotel, beers are pricey but their local whiskey “Branson” are affordable’ We stay in this hotel as a base for our fishing trip on the island’ Local delicacy are abundant, western food such as Kentucky Fried Chicken are available about the supermarket, visually obvious from the hotel lobby’

Meeting package and the food really good and amazing ,,it was unforgotten memory,especialy for high kevel service of Banquet Staff,Thank you to them.my favourite food is soti Ayam.and Also Tuna bakar is Recommended

This is a new hotel in Biak. Room very clean and sanitized during the pandemic. Beds are so comfy. located in the center of Biak so easy for you to find restaurants and shops. The staff are nice and professional.
