Everything is fine, but I expected better attitude from the staff.

staffs can speak fluent english. they are friendly. room is big and clean. ariport bus stop close to the hotel.

I cannot stress the convenience of the location enough. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Mapo subway is a short walk away. The buses in front of the hotel connects you to many locations inclining myeongdong. 711 is next to the hotel. Olive young is directly opposite. Food options easily available. 24hour bunsikjip across the road. I really appreciate the housekeeping leaving a big bag of clean towels and water outside my room because I had the DND displayed. It was a nice gesture after being out the entire day and coming back at night to this.

Arrived late at night and went through a tough cold shower as hot water was at super low pressure. Feedback the next day and it was fixed by the time we went back in evening, rest of stay was pleasant.

pros: Location is prefect, kind of like in the middle of all popular place. can go to myeongdong, hongdae, shincheon, seoul station by bus within 15 min. Bus station and metro station is very close to the hotel.  room is quite clean, suggest to get higher floor for a quiet room Cons: the aircon is not function well, you can't adjust the temperature. It is a bit hot for me but still acceptable since the outside temperature not too hot but I will take consider if I want to stay around July to September since Korea is so hot that time

i think the photos they used did them no justice. I had the impression that the rooms, facilities will be very rundown, probably one of those budget hotels, but I was wrong. The entrance of the hotel was very grand, you could leave your luggage with them where someone will be sitting there helping you guard your belongings. Upon entering the room, it felt really clean and expensive, it did not give the ******* vibes (like the pictures), I had ample space to open three luggage, bed was super comfy. Toilet was very clean as well, i love how the toilet seat could be warmed up. The view was not too bad either, you could clearly roynet hotel and shilla stay right opposite. In terms of public transportation, it was really convenient to take buses and MRT. Airport limousine to airport could be taken right opposite. There are two 711 nearby, behind the hotel has a street with alot of restaurants, there is also Olive Young opposite the hotel. Also, bottle waters are given everyday, they were so nice to give 4 bottle waters, 2 in the fridge and 2 in room temperature.

I recently stayed at Seoul Garden Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel provided a comfortable stay with convenient amenities. The location was great for exploring the city. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel was modern, clean and in a great position for us as we needed to be in the Mapo area. The view from the room was very nice, we could enjoy Seoul's traffic and tall buildings (it was our first time in Korea). We didn't really take advantage of any extra service, but our experience was really great.

It was worth for the price. Room was hygienic but very warm. We were sweating on the first night. The second night, we had to open the window (it was -1 degree C.) Travellers are reminded to bring their toothbrush and toothpaste.

Very nice experience, it’s already my 3rd trip in this hotel
