We have been at motel one severin times over the past 10 years. It is always a nice experience close to everything and a brilliant service!

Excellent Location just 3 min walk from Alexander platz Station. Super comfy beds. Staff were attentive and informative. Rooms small but well equipped. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. With window open it Can be a bit noisy at night, but it never kept us awake.

Really convenient and the staff were amazing. Only thing that let it down was the rooms being quite hot which didn’t seem to change even with air con on — our friends were also affected by this.

Location and hotel are great. However, the air con in our room constantly had hot air which meant we had to have the window open and it’s right next to the train line.

Bad wifi on the floors, only reliable in the lobby. I asked for it to be fixed, It worked for about 10 minutes, then cut out.

We went for the Christmas markets and found the location to be excellent. There’s a big one right by the hotel. The shower door is a half glass door that doesn’t block water from spilling water even if you point the shower head to the wall. It gets wet very quickly. Tiny night tables. The lobby area is cozy and very comfortable to unwind after walking around all day.
