The hotel is located in the middle of the city close to Alexanderplatz. The breakfast here is served various foods with great quality.

Initially the room given had been used, so had to go to reception to get it changed. Staff solved it quickly.
Location and breakfast were nice and room was decent, but felt a bit small for the price.

The room had a terrible smell. It smelled of an old unwashed man. Dirty carpets, dirty towels, holes in bed linen. Overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
I appreciate it that after my complaint nice staff gave me a different room, but that new room was smelly as well, I figured it was because of the bad air conditioning system, and I guess old untended carpets also contributed to the problem. In the new room the towels looked clean, but they smelled of fried patties.
Overall, it was an awful experience, it was hard to breathe with the air conditioner on as it made the room stinky and humid. That's why I decided to refrain from using it. Luckily, the temperature outside did not exceed +30°C during my stay.
This is definitely not a 4-star hotel!!! It barely deserves even 1 star.

Everything was great — excellent location, diverse breakfast, and what impressed me the most was that we arrived at 12 noon and they gave us the room three hours earlier. Highly recommended

Perfect location and reasonable price. Breakfast was okay and had lots of choice. The room was spacious and clean and beds and bedding were very comfortable.
