Hotel Berlin, Berlin, a member of Radisson Individuals

The location is excellent, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. However, the room felt a bit dated. Breakfast offered a decent selection with fresh options.

Good hotel, great location, but disappointed with the service… either you stay for one night or 4 nights they will only put once water in your room when you first arrive. Which is not fair for people who pays for several nights. I asked the front desk and they simple said no. Same about the Sauna… there is a sauna in the hôtel but it’s only open from 6pm!! Til 11pm. That means we cannot go at all in the morning which is silly. So i went there at 6 pm but i had to ask the front desk to turn it on but they forgot about me and at 7pm it was still not on. Very bad.

Nice clean hotel , close to Kurfuster.

Great hotel, value for money. Freindly staff, clean room, comfy bed. Safe in room. Tea and coffee condiments with coffee machine. Good fitness area with sauna. Close to train station for easy access to all tourist attractions. Table tennis room for family or friendly fun. Highly recommended.
