Great vibe in a very central location . Check-in and out were seamless and the free locked luggage storage was a real plus . Only 4 coffee pods were provided so make sure you bring some if you are in for a few days Although an instant camera was provided , there was no film . A little disappointment in an otherwise great stay.

Found this hotel on trip advisor after initially considering the Marriott. Excellent location with 2 underground stations a very short distance away. Welcomed by a lovely and friendly Chocolate Labrador. We stayed in room 46 on fourth floor over looking the main road above main entrance. Beds were comfortable, room was spotless, double bed with duvet each. Fridge was stocked with usual supplies but enough room for 4 small bottles of water. Toilet was a bit small but good shower facilities. Air con was very good and large window opens also. We ate breakfast at the coffee shop directly opposite the hotel on 3 occasions.

Kitchen was well equipped. Good supplies. Good communication. We personally found the bed to be too hard, like sleeping on a block of concrete. But the hotel did it's best to provide us with extra bedding, etc. to cushion the bed.

Great place to stay, with great customer service! The apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in berlins city centre, just a 5-10 minute walk to the S Bahn which had direct trains to the airport. There was also a U Bahn close by but we didnt use it, as we just walked around the city which is very flat. We loved the fact we could access the luggage room early on the day we arrived and also on the day we checked out, so we could explore ths city care free on our arrival and prior to our flight home. You just need your phone, Internet and access to the Bob W Guest area for codes and their slide open door function to enter your room and the luggage room. We found this feature brilliant once we'd figured it out! You get the guest access the day or day before your arrival and we received everything via whatsapp. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was lovely and warm. We were contacted regularly via whatsapp to ensure everything was excellent and if there was any way they could make our stay better. We received very quick replys. There was a cupboard in the luggage room to pick up extra supplies if we needed. Quiet area and we rarely heard other people in the building. We would definitely look at staying in another Bob W in the future!

Hotel has an excellent location. Digital system works really well and rooms are clean and nice. I hava stayed in this hotel twice and I have been really happy. I spent this time New Year in Berlin and hotel was as fantastic as city itself. Two metro stations really close and one train station around 700 meters from the hotel.
