There were dirty things on the hotel sheets that had not been cleaned. There were other people's hair on the bathroom towels. I don't know if they had been washed. The hot water bottle was moldy and was left in the room. I went to the counter to change it to a dirtier one and it was also rusty inside. The room There is no phone inside so you can't respond directly to the counter. The key location is very far away, about half an hour from the city. When checking out, the counter staff was super slow. The train has already left when you get out. It's far away and the wait will be even longer.
