"Repeat stays at mikie (＞4x) for proximity to funland. Stayed in family room (2 level). Check in was fast, amenities are old but sufficient. Towel is old and not quite absorbent. Knocked room at late night when all of us were asleep to request back swim towels which we had returned to unmanned towel counter. Swimming was fun but water is cold. Breakfast variety is amazing and commendable but not all was nice. Arcade is not new but affordable and fuss free. Water kettle wasnt working well but was quickly replaced upon request. Will stay again and will recommend."

"If you dont mind being serviced by only staff without any supervisor or manager standby or work in the morning till afternoon, maybe you can enjoy staying here, for me? A big no!. First day: my bathroom door cant be locked, have to call engineering guy to fix it. No towel and hairdryer provided. So we asked for those, then they will bring you. Second day is the worst, at the *place* for breakfast.. yeah. Some random place like you mix table and big living room and several outdoor tables. They run out of nasi goreng and mie goreng. 10 people was waiting in the line for 15 minutes. Like i said before, no supervisor to complaint. I was about to give this hotel 3 star since the food for the cafe at top of the hotel is quite good, but wait!!! When we were about to leave the *place*, the staff that help park our car to leave this *random place*, did not give the right direction so my car crushed a bit at the back to a pole. So we experience almost all horrible experience here. I am warning you all !!!"

"Every year when I go back to my home town at Noth Sumatera, I always spend and stay in the hotel for 1 to 2 days. I love the location as it is always very cool, a lot interesting things to see and the fruits market that sell different kind of fresh local fruits. The hotel is good, the room is quite large, the breakfast is delicious, it has swimming pool although it is only a kid pool. Rudang Hotel is always my destination to stay whenever i visit Berastagi.
