"The hotel grounds and setting are pleasant; however, several aspects of my stay were disappointing. The bathroom extractor vent had visible mould, and the air conditioner emitted a foul, musty smell, indicating that maintenance may not be receiving adequate attention. The room itself had a noticeable gap between the door and the floor, allowing both light and noise from the corridor to enter the room. The room was also located directly next to the stairwell, resulting in frequent disturbances from guests using the stairs. The dining experience lacked variety, with malva pudding and custard being served every day. In addition, information regarding room service was inconsistent, with some staff members advising that it was available while others stated that it was not. Dinner service times were also unclear and were not communicated effectively to guests. A further concern was the cleanliness of the public restrooms. The toilets in the conference area and restaurant facilities consistently had an unpleasant odour throughout my stay, which negatively affected the overall experience. Overall, the hotel has potential and is conveniently located, but improvements in maintenance, housekeeping, communication, menu variety, and the upkeep of public facilities would significantly enhance the guest experience."

They are very helpful and the knowledge that they have is amazing. Beautiful clean property with relaxing Jacuzzi rooms, good AC and balcony over looking sparkling swimming pool. They served us so well that we felt like royalty. Looking forward to come back here with extended family. Best place for relaxation or celebration."
