Very nice complex...but out of 12 restaurants..3-4 was open. Entertainment could had been better. Food is just avg and room service is disappointing

Great resort to stay

This is the second of two hotels I stayed in consecutively. Compared with the previous one, the environment and service are really far behind. There were no slippers in the room on the first day. I called four times within five hours and finally they were delivered, but they were worn by someone. The balcony of the room was very dirty when I checked in. I called the waiter several times to clean it but no one responded. You can't book a restaurant by yourself, you can only rely on the housekeeper to book, or you can only eat three meals a day in the buffet restaurant. The front desk waiter was sour-faced during check-out. The hotel is not strictly all-inclusive. Many restaurants have to pay extra if you want to eat better. Compared with the previous hotel, there is really no hidden consumption except for the tip, and this hotel feels like the hotel wants to make more money after paying for the all-inclusive price.

Whether it is the hotel design and supporting facilities, or the guest room facilities and hardware, especially after the service has caught up, the environment is particularly beautiful. Rachel from the guest relations department of the hotel is very attentive. This is my second time here. Every time she helps me arrange a room in advance, which is very worry-free. She also helps me upgrade the room type and has a caring butler! This time I stayed in a cool water view king bed room, and the room was well arranged.

A lot of luxury, very cool, there is no parking, you leave your car on the street, the dishes were not washed well, the use of the sailboat is free, but they charge you 200 pesos for environmental tax and they give you a bracelet that says it is 58 pesos because of this tax and they don't give bracelets to everyone, someone does business there, then the rivers say in the ads that they close at 7, but the staff takes you out at 6, and the main attraction of the water park is still useless. So I would return, the food in the Brazilian restaurant is very good, better than in the oriental one, which is the only one you have to reserve.
