"The hotel location was excellent but the sevice to enter and exit the garage by the auto doors controlled by the front desk was a challenge every day as the staff seem to ignore the constant requests to open the garage or are to busy talking amongst themselves. The shower alcove has a very small opening to enter 36 cm and is tiny once inside making it difficult to have a shower. The staff where all pleasant enough."

"We had a large, comfortable room with plenty of light, good WI-FI and AC. The B&B is very conveniently located for walking (we did not have a car the whole time) to the historical center. Two very good restaurants are right next door, and a bus that goes to and from the station is just two blocks away. Breakfast is self-serve, meaning you take items from the fridge, fruit, coffee, juice, water, yogurt etc. Someone brings fresh croissants from the local bakery around 8 a.m. Benevento made a nice base for exploring the local area. The town itself is not a tourist town, but an upscale local city with many nice restaurants, shops and cafes. Except in the morning when guests are checking out, there’s seldom anyone around, but the owner is easily reachable by WhatsAp or phone."

"I recently stayed for work in this hotel in the centre of Benevento. The structure is very pleasant from the outside but inside there are several flaws. The justification given is that there is an ongoing renovation process which makes some areas of the hotel very ugly. The elevator is old and ugly. RATING 2. Rooms, furnishings, RATING 5. Breakfast with little choice, RATING 5. Kindness of the staff, RATING 8 (the only positive note, otherwise the rating points would have dropped from 2 to 1). Price, high for what is offered, RATING 4. ADVICE: TO BE IMPROVED!"
