"If we could give Palazzo Genazzini 12 STARS, we absolutely would! Our stay here was, without question, the highlight of our entire summer trip. The hotel had reopened less than a month before our arrival after a 3 year renovation and no detail was overlooked. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. At the front desk, Alizée gave us a warm welcome, personally escorted us to our room, and took the time to show us all of its many features and amenities. It immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. In the restaurant, Jessica and Lorenzo made breakfast something we genuinely looked forward to. They quickly learned our preferences, the food was consistently delicious. The concierge team, Fabio and Fabiola, were incredible. They helped us navigate logistics throughout our stay and were always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations, making everything effortless. Finally, we can’t say enough about Valentina, the Front of House Manager. She was genuinely warm and always eager to help in any way she could and the thoughtful thank you gift she presented us at checkout was the perfect finishing touch. Palazzo Genazzini has set a new standard for luxury hospitality. Beautiful accommodations are one thing, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable and this team exceeded every expectation. We cannot wait to return."

"I've never paid so much and gotten so little at a hotel. For over $400 a night I was shocked at the bare-bones nature of this hotel. No curtains, only sheers so we were woken up at dawn. No wash cloths. No door on the shower, leaving toilet and floor soaking wet. No end table on my side of the bed, just a mini fridge (is this a dorm??) Hair dryer so weak it would have taken hours. No soapdish- soap just sloppily laying there. Staff didn't tell us all the information when we checked in so we were clueless. The location was awful too. We were over 30 minutes by foot from town with no sidewalk, a dangerous walk. So we drove, and it was so crowded it took an hour to park. Miserable trip, sickened by how much we overpaid for this place."

"There's a large public parking lot around the property. If you want a view, get a lake view room on the second floor. Breakfast was delicious, with several items prepared on the spot. More than anything, the host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay truly comfortable. (She provided a map and explained everything in English about nearby restaurants, walking trails, views, and attractions.) The accommodation was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever visit Lake Como."

"What an amazing trip. Valentina was so helpful when booking our room. We stayed in a Junior Suite Lake View. We had a spectacular view with a patio and the room was huge. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and dinner one evening. It was super easy to book a shuttle to & from town. The staff are all wonderful. When I arrived, I was car sick and everyone was so understanding. That does not happen everywhere. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Borgo Le Terrazze. It is the gem of Lake Como!"

"The recidence L'ulivo is situated close to the tip of the peninsula where Bellagio stands, right behind the Villa Serbelloni. The residence is comfortable and functional, with all the most important facilities for an apartment hotel. The views are nice from the lake-facing rooms and some rooms share a large central balcony overlooking the lake. The pool and facilities at Villa Serbelloni are excellent and the ability to go in the water is a fun activity for older kids. The food is good and the service excellent, although as can be expected from a luxury hotel, a little expensive. The location is great, only a short walk from the heart of Bellagio with its tiny streets and waterfront restaurants. It is also convenient to boat trips and other activites. Parking is free and usually not full. All in all a great stay for a family of five, including one infant."
