Ulsterville Residence apartments are modern well thought out comfortable apartments that are designed to meet the exacting standards of todays short term let requirements. Facilities are excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends & family.

The apartments were lovely and clean. Everything that you need was provided. Christine and Mickey were so easy to contact. Would highly recommend these apartments to everyone. The apartments were so handy for the city. Great bus service at top of the road. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This Place is unreal from the admin Staff to the very pillows I cannot give them enough praise,I wouldn't stay in another Hotel in Belfast as this beats them all hands down ,The staff went above and beyond for me,Very homely it was amazing stay thanks again to Christine you were a great host.

We loved staying at the Ulsterville Residences and we wished that we had stayed a few more nights here. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for traveling with family. The kitchen was well equipped and cheerfully decorated. What I liked the most was that the apartment was quiet, yet we could walk to a busier area with grocery stores and restaurants within five minutes. The city centre is down the way and we could walk there in around 20 minutes or so, which was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, very quiet. Apartment was really nice and had everything we needed especially the kitchen which had lots of utensils. Really liked everything and would stay again.

Appartamento ben arredato, letti comodi, ottime attrezzature in cucina compresa la lavatrice. Parcheggio privato. Zona tranquilla e residenziale poco distante dal centro. Lo consiglio anche per soggiorni brevi di un paio di notti come bel nostro caso. Check in e check out tutto in modalità self service senza nessun problema.

Lovely apartment, beautifully renovated. We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable and classy! Excellent location close to City Hospital and University. Very well equipped for travellers. Kitchen is usable and severely take away options available nearby.

We found ourselves stranded at the airport when our flight was cancelled, after a long weekend in Belfast, with the next available flight in two days’ time and nowhere to stay. I found these apartments on line and this turned a stressful time into one that was thoroughly relaxing! We had a two bedroom apartment. It was beautifully and stylishly decorated. Had everything we needed and the service from Christine and Micky was excellent. Thank you so much! The only thing maybe was slightly larger towels would be good - shows you how good the stay was if that’s the only improvement I can come up with! Thanks again!

The apartment was in a great area of Belfast. It was very clean and tidy and had plenty of space for the two of us for the duration of our stay. The host was very informative and the check in and out was quick and easy. Over a brilliant stay and we will definitely be back in Belfast again.
