The Ulsterville Residences - Free on-Site Parking

Everything's lovely! Really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, which made self-catering really easy. All the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely kept – you can tell the place is well looked after. Would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ulsterville Residences. We stayed in Apartment 1, a spacious, one-bedroom ground floor apartment. It has everything you could possibly need and more – a washing machine, full-sized fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, pots and pans, crockery, glasses and a wide range of cooking utensils. The seating area is very comfortable and the TV offers multiple satellite channels. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a modern decor and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great nightsleep. The Ulsterville Residences are also perfectly located. Although central, they are situated on a quiet, tree-lined street. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street for quick access to the city centre. You’ll also find shops and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines right on your doorstep. The correspondence was excellent prior to our stay with clear instructions for self check in. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning soon!

This was a great apartment for our stay in Belfast. The owner was very responsive, the apartment was clean and looked exactly as it did in the photos. Free parking behind the building was a plus. The area was exactly what we wanted. If you do bring a car be careful pulling out of the drive, visibility is not the best and there is a fair amount of traffic.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The location was convenient and parking was easy to find and use. The host was friendly, efficient and the instructions were straightforward. I’ll stay again next time I’m in Belfast.

This was our third stay at the Ulsterville residences and there's a reason why we keep returning. From the outset Chrstine has been amazing with communication and any questions we have. The apartments are in a fantastic location close to the city centre and the amenities of the Lisburn Road. They are spacious, very comfortable and a home from home. We need to travel home regularly to visit family and needless to say, we won't be looking to stay anywhere else. I can't recommend this place and the lovely host more.

A lovely home away from home. I stayed here for eight weeks and loved it. Christine was so lovely and helpful. The cleaning staff were also friendly and efficient. My apartment was bright and had everything I needed. It was great to be able to park off the street. It was a short 15 min walk into the city centre. Some lovely restaurants in walking distance; Deane’s at Queens and Maggie Mays to name just two. Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum on Stranmillis nearby. The Lyric Theatre 20 mins walk away. Next time I’m working in Belfast I hope I can stay here again!
