"Very friendly for parent-child travel! The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Private parking spaces are convenient for parking. Our unit is equipped with a very spacious living room with complete kitchenware. There is a large TESCO 3 minutes drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. We came from Dublin on the day of our stay and especially appreciated Christine's unremitting efforts to communicate and contact us in time, making our stay very convenient. Especially recommended to families who can communicate in English."

Authentic Indian cuisine is available at the hotel and The RiverBar Lounge & Bistro, offers relaxed and family friendly all day dining. Guests have full access to the hotel health club with gym, 20-m swimming pool - (Highly recommended to book to avoid disappointment) sauna and steam room.

"The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!"

"A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel."

"The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself."

"The room was relatively clean and quiet. I felt like I was staying at a temporary home for three days. Each door was a fire door. There was a problem with the door stopper in the living room. I reported that they were all fire doors. They did not replace the broken door stopper, so it was still a bit inconvenient and I had to open the door constantly. The bedroom was nice and cozy. The room was not cleaned for three days, but the trash can was big enough. The amount of coffee and tea was a bit small, and the 4.8-4.9 in the evaluation was a bit too high. After the experience, I felt 4.4-4.5"

"Let me talk about it first: shampoo and shower gel are my favorite Dutch organic brand Rituals; kitchen supplies are all available and especially convenient to use; go out is the beautiful and beautiful campus of Queen's University. Let's talk about the dissatisfaction: Even if you don't clean the room for two days, but the clean towels are at least enough, right? ; I booked a twin room of 1.51~1.81 meters. The size of the double bed on the reservation message is also this size, but the actual size is at most 1.35 meters, which is too small; The room was too narrow, with no chairs and places to put luggage."

"Everything is fine. bus stop and many shops nearby. Purely. Friendly hostess. The room for three is a bit cramped. Well, the problem with all bed and breakfasts is the lack of soundproofing. In the presence of other noisy guests, you will wake up in the middle of the night. but you might be lucky with quiet neighbors. Breakfast is good + ability to cook"

"#Praise#Satisfied with the cleanliness of the toilet, Wi-Fi; Belfast used to have free parking on the street. In fact, the environment inside is still good. I called in full English to find the door. In fact, there is no front desk for self-check-in. I will send you a check-in email."
