This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

Excellent location, easily walkable to the university quarter and botanic gardens. Small high street within few minutes. Hotel rooms and apartments in adjoining crescent buildings. Hotel rooms recently opened and well decorated. Ours had slightly industrial feel, with wood, metal and exposed brick. Good breakfast from open kitchen. Dinner served in the bar into the evening. Dietary requirements addressed. Well trained and enthusiastic staff went the extra mile with welcome and attention to detail.

We stayed at Regency House for a week at the end of July in a suite. An absolutely amazing stay, beautifully appointed room with all the amenities you could ask for. Huge breakfasts, either in the restaurant or delivered to your room. Kitchen with every appliance, utensil you might need, coffee machine, cocktail bar or pizza slicer! Nicely located, a short walk into the town centre, close to the Botanic gardens and a great variety of restaurant options very close by. Beautiful views to the park below and across to Cave Hill on the horizon. Most importantly - the exceptional service from all the staff at the Regency Hotel. Friendly, helpful, attentive, nothing was too much for any of them. From the moment we walked in, until the morning we left. Very warm, genuine and happy to help and offer suggestions. After staying for a week, it really did feel like home and family. If ever we manage to get back to Belfast we would stay here again. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the beautiful staff for a memorable end to our three weeks in The Emerald Isle.

This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.
From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!!

First time at the Regency. We have just spent an absolutely tremendous time at the Regency. So blown away by the level of service in this place. We came here for my 50th birthday and right from the start were made to feel so special. The staff were absolutely outstanding. All of them. The accomodation was tremendous, as was the food, however, the stand out was the attention to detail from the staff...Mark, Joe and Isobel, amongst others that I didn't catch the name of who were equally as nice. We have come away having had a lovely break. Thank you so much for making my birthday so special. You were outstanding.
