Loved our accommodations at this hotel. All front desk receptionists were kind and helpful. We were given extra items for the room when requested (duvet, towels). The hotel room was clean and spacious for 2 adults. Room lights, curtains, and AC can be controlled with hotel app. App is downloaded with assistance of front desk staff. Without the app, manual control still works. Hotel lobby on ground floor includes functional kitchen and mini fridge with coke, sprite, and sparkling water. Downstairs contains a gym and laundry room. Location is close to lama temple, forbidden palace, Tiananmen Square and local shops and restaurants. DiDi can pick up and drop off in front of hotel.
