The hotel staff were very professional and knowledgable. Located quite close to Beijing International airport. Rooms and facilities were very clean. The unfortunate issue was their internet was terrible. Very difficult to obtain proper Wifi. This can lead to many business people to avoid this hotel which is unnecessary. Hotel restaurant breakfast was very good

This time during the Spring Festival, I came to the hotel for a special trip to the Great Wall. I carefully selected on Ctrip and finally found this hotel with good value for money. The hotel is not far from Metro Line 13 and Changping Line, which is quite convenient. Before, I had stayed in Ramada in other cities on business trips, and the experience was average, but the service of this hotel is the best among all the Ramada hotels I have stayed in! The girl at the front desk and their manager Daniel saw that we were traveling with our family and took the initiative to provide a lot of help, which saved us a lot of effort. There were not many people during the New Year, and the room for the whole family was very good👍
