As warm and thoughtful as always. I accidentally lost my room card and the front desk quickly helped me solve it. The surrounding dining is convenient, and Qingfeng Baozi Restaurant is very close. If you have time, there are direct buses to the Summer Palace, Yuanmingyuan, Bird's Nest, etc.

The service was excellent, despite the language barrier, everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but clean. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet far from amenities like restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotel room was not cleaned, the sheets were dirty, and there were stains on the floor. The towels in the room were not replaced and there was no toilet paper. I had to find someone to clean them after I checked in. However, the sister and the little brother at the front desk were very nice and had a very good attitude. The only shortcoming was The bathroom was not cleaned, which affected my mood a bit. There were bugs in the room and it was very humid. I killed a particularly big centipede😭

Facilities: This hotel offered a very comfortable stay. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and were spotless. It's incredibly convenient for getting around Beijing, especially since it rained quite a bit during my stay. The front desk even had free umbrellas I could borrow, which was a very thoughtful touch. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was also excellent, very neat and tidy. While the room layout was a bit small, everything was very practical. I really liked how well the space was utilized – very clever. In terms of value for money, it's quite good. Environment: The environment was just average. Service: However, the service attitude was exceptional. The ladies at the front desk were all very enthusiastic, and check-in was incredibly fast. The service here is much better than other hotels. They even reminded me when I had a lot of things to carry and, incredibly, when I left my phone at the front desk, one of the staff members responsibly asked me to unlock it before returning it. I really appreciate such responsible staff and their service attitude. I definitely commend their service, it's far better than other hotels. I'd recommend this hotel to my friends and will prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

Seriously, avoid the rooms without windows – it's just miserable! I woke up feeling groggy, and they didn't even provide bottled water, which most hotels do. Overall, not a great experience. The hotel's location is good and the price is reasonable, so if you do stay here, make sure to book a room with a window.

The broadcast noise in the station is large, and people who sleep lightly are not recommended to consider it. The hotel is on the station and can board the car in 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The environment and facilities are still clean, don't be picky about hotels with prices within 200. In addition, the hotel did not take the initiative to give toiletries.

The hotel has a convenient location if you need an accommodation close to the West Railway Station but even though it's not far, getting there from/to the station on foot with a heavy suitcase might be a challenge because of the pavements on the way... The room is tiny but warm in winter. Even though my room was ment for two people, because of it's size, I felt it could be too small for more than a solo traveller. But maybe I had too big luggage 🤭. The staff is very nice but I have no idea do they speak English - I was communicating in Chinese. There's a few local restaurants right next to the hotel.

We needed to book a last minute hotel close to the station as we missed the last train. This was close however it was so difficult to find. There are no obvious signs for POD INN. Only in Chinese. Took us 30 minutes to find it and local businesses didn't have a clue either. If you’re looking for it, it’s at the end of the block with the pharmacy on the left in green. POD INN sign is green on the right. Once there it served its purpose. Got what we paid for. We’re only there for a few hours to get our heads down.

The room was newly renovated and I was very satisfied. The boss upgraded the room for free. The service attitude was sincere. The transportation nearby was very convenient. There was a subway station just outside and a hospital across the overpass. The price was affordable. There were many snacks around. The room was exactly as shown in the picture. A good stay experience. I have been staying here for many days. It was great. I will come again next time.
