The hotel room was very basic with no coffee machine and a crappy hair dryer. I tried to use the clothes line in the shower to dry the kid's swim suits, but it didn't reach the other side of the wall and just snapped off in my hand. The staff in the hotel are polite and helpful, but the staff in the hotsprings aren't so nice. I actually chose this hotel because the outside pools looked fun for kids, but it turns out it's part of a separate hotsprings area which isn't free for hotel guests. My husband and 2 month old had to buy a ticket to accompany my eldest and I even though they weren't using the facilities. Then, we only stayed outside for 30 minutes because we were eaten by mosquitoes. Avoid the outdoor hotsprings this time of year unless you don't mind mosquito bites. Extremely disappointed.

It’s pretty good. Rooms are not that big compared to Marriott in other cities. Breakfast is amazing the variety is really good. It’s location is great. In the heart of the city of Beijing. If you have business in the city center it’ll be perfect . If you have an embassy appointment it’s even better 1km away from American embassy and a host of others. Pricy but comfortable

The first experience trip of my child in Clubmed was wonderful and happy! The accommodation was warm and the food was comfortable! The partners who served us throughout the trip were all active, enthusiastic, responsible and dedicated. Murry, the girl at the front desk, and the handsome guy at the shooting range were important ”elements” that added joy to the trip. Special thanks: 1. Abby, the contact person on WeChat, whose service was as warm as her name and as clear and moist as spring water! 2. A young man who answered the WeChat call for work but was unknown in the team, had full work ability and excellent work efficiency, and solved it in seconds. Because of his excellent work efficiency, he regarded the guests' affairs as supreme and brought more happiness to the guests! 3. At the ski resort, we met our classmate Deng. The young man looked sincere, very reliable, full of responsibility and professionalism! The service throughout the trip was perfect and impeccable! Thank him for his hard work! ! !
