Jianguo Boutique Hotel Hotels in Beijing

Huge thanks to the hotel for their help! I accidentally canceled my initial booking and then got double-charged when I re-booked, which was quite stressful. They assisted me in getting the refund processed successfully. A big thank you to the front desk staff, the young lady and gentleman, who were on duty on the afternoon of September 7, 2025. This is my second time staying here, and it's absolutely worth it. I even received a room upgrade! The hotel environment is fantastic, the soundproofing is excellent, and it's conveniently located very close to Qunfang subway station, making it perfect for commuting to Universal Beijing Resort in the mornings and evenings. On the first night, they offered a comforting porridge, but I was in the shower and it wasn't convenient to receive it, so I declined. Still, I really appreciate the staff's thoughtfulness. Perhaps next time, a quick call to the room beforehand would be helpful, so guests can be prepared. Overall, it was a truly great experience.
