I've stayed at different Ibis branches in China, and this was the first ibis where the service wasn't all good. On 31st May 2025, we experienced racism at the front desk when we arrived, bad customer rapport, and she ignored us when we talked to her, she was using her phone while talking to us in a rude way. I hope no one experiences this when they come to this branch. She should be educated on how to treat foreigners. We could speak Chinese, but she did not want to listen to us. As for the second day, we really want to thank the lady and the man at the reception desk. They were so lovely and helped us out when we had trouble with delivery. But the room itself was okay.

The hotel is in a prime location, with a subway station downstairs and Changying Tianjie across the street, making it very convenient for travel, shopping and dining. The hotel has advanced facilities, smart rooms, a gym and a laundry room, which are very convenient and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is also quite rich. The hotel service is also very good. Special thanks to Miss Wang Nana, who was very warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous in her service to me. She helped me upgrade the room type, arranged a room that I was very satisfied with, and helped me book the rooms for the next few nights, which made my trip very enjoyable!

My friend and I had a great time. The hotel is decent, clean, and close to the subway station. We checked in around 11 pm and were very much tired from carrying around our luggage. The girl at the front desk (employee number 21, I think) saw that we had large luggage so she upgraded us to a luggage-accessible room for free. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Great Stay in Beijing! The room was clean and comfortable for staying and it was so convenient for self-travelling, only 4 mins walk to subway station (Shuangqiao station). The price was worth it as breakfast was also included. Originally I was only staying for two nights but I’ve decided to extend two more nights! Their services were friendly and helpful as well! BTW, the hotel was located in a shopping mall (the entrance was facing the road, no worries) so there were shops and supermarkets there ~

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time here, and I booked a room without a window, so I was upgraded. Any questions or requests were quickly addressed. The surrounding area is very convenient, with supermarkets and subways nearby. The environment is great, and the room was very clean and meticulous. The facilities and equipment were very useful, including the Bluetooth speaker, smart TV, and curtains. I'd definitely come back if I had the chance.

Receptionist was super friendly. I put the reservation under my name but they allowed my girlfriend to check in earlier. During the freezing winter, they provide you with cups of hot water and many goodies during your stay. Breakfast is pretty good and the room is super clean! The floor I was on also had 2 sets of washer and dryers along with a gym. Overall outstanding hotel!

Especially good! Strong Amway! Come to Beijing to live here! It is very convenient to go to the world and Tiananmen Square! The front desk lady is super sweet and the service attitude is very good! There are many restaurants around, and the Hui people don't have to worry about eating! Next time you come to Beijing, you will still live! This is the first time I have not asked for praise. I still want to voluntarily take the initiative to praise! The room is super big and comfortable and there are windows! The scenery outside the window is also good!

We stayed in a Family room with a queen bed and 1 single bed for six nights. This hotel is 700m from the nearest Metro Chang Ying. There is a food supermarket at the Exit C of this Metro. In this room, the toilet and shower is separated so it is good. The room is cleaned everyday.

Very good accommodation experience! The room is very clean, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good, and she also provided children's slippers when she saw that we brought children. The breakfast is also very rich, and the dining time is long. You can sleep until you wake up naturally before eating. In short, it is highly recommended!
