Hotels in Wangjing Area, Beijing

I stayed four nights at the hotel. At check-in, I was upgraded to the business executive floor which is on the highest floor on the 41st. The hotel seems newly renovated and the room was very comfortable. The area is not too busy and the hotel is not noisy- perfect for people who just want to relax. The customer service was excellent. I left my jacket in the room after check-out and the front desk staff, Liam, helped to coordinate the delivery of the jacket to me. Overall, a wonderful experience that deserves a five star rating.

We are extremely satisfied with our stay, views of the mountain are just as shown in the pictures and the quality of the amenities were really good. Hygiene and responsiveness of the staff were excellent. Jennifer from the team was especially helpful, in particular when one of our travellers was not feeling well from the high altitude.

🌟 Perfect 3-Night Stay for Our Group of 12! 🌟 We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a group of 12 people across 6 rooms, and it was an absolutely pleasant experience from start to finish. 🏨 The location was convenient, and the rooms were all spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast had many delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. 🙌 One of the nicest surprises was that the hotel upgraded our rooms for free, which we truly appreciated! 💬 Although only half of the front desk staff spoke English, the others used translation devices effectively — so communication was smooth and clear throughout our stay. 🎟️ Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with recommendations, ticket reservations, and insider tips on how to enjoy Zhangjiajie affordably and efficiently. We were all 100% satisfied with our 3-night stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know. 🙏 Thank you again to the wonderful team. Wishing you all continued success!

Close to the new subway station Jiantaixi, across Lidu Park. Much better now than last year where this subway line was not available.  Tons of restaurants nearby, from cheap good (front of the hotel) to fancy (close to the Lidu park). Nice and clean, staff is lovely. Quality Price ratio excellent!

Big hotel located at the end of Wangjing shopping street with friendly and helpful staff. The check in and out were very fast. The view from my room was great. The breakfast was good with proper coffee. Totally recommended.

Beautiful room with world class service. I recommend Nuo over Rosewood anytime. Every staff member was friendly, helpfull and all spoke english. Very accomodating. Overall traditional but modern design is perfectly executed. Can compete with any western brand propriety and beat it. I chose Nuo over Rosewood/Ritz/Shangri La anytime.

The front desk staff had a very good service attitude. There was tea and coffee in the room. The scale ran out of battery and the waiter helped to change the battery. Comfortable bathrobes were provided in the room. Downstairs is the mall. Shopping and dining are very convenient. Very close to the subway, convenient transportation. !

Excellent service. Staff are friendly and helpful. First time staying here, didn't know where the registration desk is. Called for assistance and staff came and helped brought luggage to the apartment and assisted with registration and deposit payment. Attentive to guest. Room cleaning service personnel were polite and courteous. Special thanks to 申岳真 朱银先 and team for a pleasant experience. Location is superb. Within the same compound as the Metro Park hotel. Easy access to eateries nearby. Short walk to the mall next to the hotel makes e-hailing easy, minus the hassle of identifying the correct pinned location for pick up.

Wow! This place is just outstanding in every way possible. The beds are heavenly; the rooms are clean and comfortable; views are brilliant; swimming pool is great; breakfast has ample choice and is delicious; excellent location for sight seeing; attached to a mall with brilliant shops and restaurants. The service, however, is what makes this hotel so special. Staff are attentive, kind, caring, and professional. My 3 year old son was very tired and wanted a nap before we went to our next destination. Staff extended our check out free of charge and were really understanding. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Beijing and I can’t wait to return in the future.

Service is excellent.. room is clean and breakfast is wonderful. Billy - front office - very helpful and graded us. Tom - Concierge was always so helpful, giving us directions and helping us in all transport requirements. Will be back!!
