It's not complicated, but who doesn't love a little surprise in life? If you're coming to this hotel, I definitely recommend the panoramic room. You can enjoy the night view of Universal. When there are no Halloween events, you can even see the castle light show. Just note that during Halloween, there's no castle light show. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic, and the room environment is quite good. The lighting design is really interesting, but it would be great if they added an instruction manual. It was my first time, and it took me several tries to figure it out. It's fitting for a hotel of this caliber. I was in too much of a hurry and didn't have much time to experience the hotel's entertainment facilities, but among the hotels around Universal, I'd highly recommend this one.

The Mid-Autumn Festival coinciding with Halloween activities really brought the Universal Studios festive atmosphere to life – it was fantastic! The stay was great; we didn't have to queue for a long time to enter the park, making it a top choice for families with kids. Plus, we got an extra hour of early park access the next day, which allowed us to ride at least 2-3 attractions. Thinking about it, it was quite a good deal, even with the crowds during the holidays. Looking forward to visiting again!

This is my second time staying here. I chose the Reber Hotel again for my trip to Beihuan this year. The location is incredibly convenient; after a long day of walking, being able to get back to the hotel for a rest in just a few minutes by taxi is pure bliss. The stay itself was fantastic – the room facilities were great, and the front desk and restaurant staff were all friendly and kind. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the amusement park, which is a thoughtful touch. Another satisfying and happy trip!

This hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, with a KFC, McDonald's, and Luckin Coffee nearby. There's also a supermarket and a chain restaurant specializing in zhajiangmian (fried sauce noodles) in the adjacent mall. They offer shuttle service to and from Universal Studios, and the bathroom and shower are separate. The room's air conditioning and lighting are voice-controlled via an AI assistant, and the toilet in the bathroom is smart – all very convenient. The only downsides are that the elevator is a bit small and the wait time can be long.

My stay at the Beijing Jianguo Hotel Global was truly beyond expectations! The room design is incredibly thoughtful, especially the integrated bedside table and control system, which is both aesthetically pleasing and highly practical. I was pleasantly surprised to find power outlets, USB ports, and even a wireless charger built right into the drawer. Charging my phone and headphones simultaneously was a breeze – these small details really made me feel taken care of, and the user experience was fantastic! The service was also impeccable; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was warm and attentive. The hotel is very close to Universal Studios, and they even provide a convenient shuttle service, saving me the hassle of taxis and parking, which made my visit much more relaxed. Next time I come to Universal Studios, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here!

There were bugs in the room. Even though it was on a high floor, I found a fly 🪰, and also some unidentified bugs on the bed while I was sleeping 😱. It's quite convenient to get to Universal Studios; just a walk down one road to the subway station. A taxi to Universal is also very cheap, only about 10-20 yuan. The staff were all very good, but the hygiene was a bit subpar.

My stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's overall environment was clean and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the thoughtful and attentive service. When checking out, I encountered some difficulties with invoice processing. The duty manager I spoke with was incredibly patient and responsible throughout, thoroughly explaining the invoicing procedure and relevant details. She proactively helped coordinate and efficiently followed up on the issue. Her communication was gentle, friendly, and highly professional, and she successfully resolved my invoicing problem. The staff's service was meticulous, warm, and highly responsible. It was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it!

This hotel has only been open for about a month, so the environment looks clean and fresh, and all the facilities are brand new. The room's cleanliness is generally good, and the staff are willing to help when needed. The breakfast selection isn't super extensive, but there's enough to fill you up. As it's a new place, a few minor areas still need some refinement, but overall, it's pretty decent.

Secondly, the room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were complete, and the service was also perfect; the front desk staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful, making the check-in process efficient and quick. Plus, the hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western styles with fresh ingredients that tasted delicious and offered great diversity. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services were impeccable, and it offered excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

When I visited Universal Studios Beijing this time, after doing my research and comparing options, I chose NUO Hotel, and it turns out I made the right choice. Don't let the seemingly greater distance from Universal Studios Hotel deter you; it's actually just a five-minute walk across the street. The room was twice the size, the slippers were incredibly comfortable, and they provided ten small bottles of water plus one large bottle daily... I was truly impressed. I bought a package that included a two-day, one-night stay + double breakfast + 1.5-day park tickets + early park access. This was absolutely worth it. Buying the tickets separately would cost around a thousand yuan, and with early access, it would be about 1,500 yuan. Deducting the breakfast cost, the room itself was effectively only a little over a thousand yuan... and it was so comfortable that I even extended my stay for another day. The extended stay didn't come with complimentary tickets, though, and cost 2,700 yuan. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be how difficult the toiletries were to squeeze out. As someone who works in the skincare and personal care industry, I truly believe such product design shouldn't be found in a five-star hotel... What's going on? Are they trying to prevent guests from using them? The breakfast was unbeatable! I loved the smoked salmon. The restaurant offered a good variety, and the taste was excellent with high-quality fruit. Five-star rating!
