Beijing Tongzhou District Hotels

My stay this time was quite satisfactory. The lovely front desk staff were very efficient with both check-in and check-out, and their attitude was gentle and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and they had my preferred low pillows. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was quiet at night. The hot water supply was stable and strong. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station. The value for money is decent. I'll choose this place again next time I visit and will also recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

It's very close to the Capital Airport, the room is clean, and the space inside is sufficient! The service is top-notch! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, especially Ms. Wang Yuandong. Environment: The room was spacious, and the staff even upgraded my room since there were plenty available. Service: The front desk staff were all wonderful. They always tried to help whenever I needed something. When my takeout order didn't come with chopsticks, the staff member went next door to get me two pairs. I'm very grateful for that.

This is my third stay within two months. It's hands down the best hotel in Tongzhou for value for money and service. While the hardware might not be as luxurious as Nuo Hotel, Nuolan Hotel's service absolutely blows Nuo Hotel's cold and unreasonable demeanor out of the water. The hotel is new, right next to Wangfujing Mall at Wanyi, and directly opposite Universal Studios. I've eaten at the 10th-floor Chinese restaurant many times; the food isn't pre-made, and both the Sichuan and Cantonese dishes are incredibly authentic. The rooftop bar on the 11th floor offers panoramic views of Universal, which is quite impressive. The other Western restaurants also serve excellent food. All the hotel staff are young, and every single one is incredibly nice and basically goes above and beyond to help. It's clear they've been well-trained and are very professional. I especially want to mention Manager Wen from the lobby; he's young, handsome (looks like an actor), and incredibly capable at handling issues, making guests feel very comfortable. My last two stays were entirely due to Manager Wen's professionalism. I hope this young team can maintain their high standards.

Our stay was greatly enhanced by the excellent service from Jia Yi at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and politely. Check-in and check-out were handled smoothly and efficiently, so we never had to wait in long lines. When we asked about hotel facilities, nearby dining options, or transportation, she was incredibly patient and detailed in her explanations, even offering thoughtful, practical advice. She was proactive in helping us with any issues, never dismissive or evasive. Her meticulous and attentive service truly helped ease our travel fatigue and significantly improved our overall stay. We were extremely satisfied.

There are plenty of snacks available downstairs, and the room's soundproofing is decent, so it wasn't particularly noisy. Plus, the bright white lights are a real bonus, making the whole room feel very bright and airy. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I stayed very close to the subway exit, which is right outside the hotel. It only takes five minutes to get to Universal Studios, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service to and from the park, which is super convenient. It was really good, and I plan to stay here again next time I visit.
