Highly recommended! This location is excellent. The room is very BIG, fitting for two people and two large suitcases. The tea in the room is very great!! The lobby is a bit small. The staff is friendly, though they don't speak English; using Google Translate is the best way to communicate. This water town is very beautiful. You should spend 1-2 nights here to visit the Great Wall both during the day and at night, as it's stunning at both times. Overall, it was great, and I'll be back.

The family room 2605 is on the second floor at the top of the stairs. The room is quite satisfactory, with one big bed and one small bed, which is enough for a family of three. The bathroom is large, the shower head is good, and the water is plentiful. The sanitation of the whole room is good, very clean. The service staff, who help to carry boxes and bags, and store fresh food in the refrigerator, are enthusiastic. Especially Ms. Cai, who was on duty on July 11, took the initiative to send a birthday cake on the day of her family's birthday. She was full of heart and warmed people's hearts. Perfect getaway accommodation. The place is serene. The room is very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable too. Bathroom amenities were complete and comes with thick n soft bathrobe too. The Jasmine green tea leaves, tea set and apples added a nice touch to the already awesome room. The only thing to consider would be the flight of stairs you will need to go up to the Inn. I would say it felt like having to go up 3 floors of stairs but for us, it was not a problem at all. If you are reasonably fit, this is definitely the best place to stay in Gubei Watertown. The view at night from there is superb.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, within easy reach of many attractions. Whether you're exploring locally or heading further out, its central position makes it a great base. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a warm, homely atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home. The family-run restaurant serves delicious, authentic local cuisine. While the ⁶ may not cater to all foreign palates, it’s a great opportunity to try traditional dishes. A standout feature is the hotel’s luggage courier service, which delivers bags directly to the car park. From there, you can easily catch a bus to **Beijing city center**, making transfers hassle-free.

This is not the first time I have been to Gubei. Last time I came here, I saw this riverside hotel and had a meal here. It was delicious. At that time, I saw that they had a room with a balcony facing the river, so I thought about finding an opportunity to stay there. I used to stay in boutique hotels. This time I booked this room as I wished. It really met my expectations. It was very good. Facing the river, I drank tea leisurely in the afternoon. The next morning, I opened the window and felt like a morning in the south of the Yangtze River. There were mountains, water, trees, and geese and ducks playing in the water leisurely outside the window. The location of the hotel is the center of Gubei. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is also close to the shuttle bus. There is a snack street outside the door, and Sun Moon Island is across the bridge. The breakfast of the inn is also delicious, and lunch and dinner are also recommended. It is really good.

Great place, I am happy I stayed there :)  Well designed and very very well located.  Gubei Water village however was very hard to access, I wasn’t aware there was only two buses a day running from Beijing and it was a bit of a nightmare to arrive. Had I known, I wouldn’t have come. But the hotel is great! And their soy milk is delicious.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The reason why I keep staying here is because the price is reasonable and the location is good. The hotel is near the district government, next to the commercial street, and there are restaurants and supermarkets. This is a benefit of the location. Secondly, it is not far from the ski resort. It only takes 15-20 minutes to drive, but this also brings some problems: such as the hotel It should be an old apartment renovated. The facilities are relatively outdated. The bathroom environment and hygiene are average. Moreover, the hot water for bathing is not enough, so two people cannot wash continuously. Overall, if you come to ski and need accommodation, don’t be too picky about the place, it’s very cost-effective.

Good for foreigners as it is very easy to find. It’s the first stop of the shuttle bus. It’s location is perfect, close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and very clean, I got a very nice view of the lake. My family enjoyed it very much and the staff at the restaurant and at the hotel were friendly and cheerful. One of the best BnBs I’ve stayed in China.

After a tiring week, my husband and I decided not to sleep in on Saturday. We headed straight to Hongluo Temple in Huairou, a popular internet-famous spot, where we strolled around for a bit. In the afternoon, we decided to go to Miyun for some fish and checked into Rehome Resort. The resort boasts a very European-style architectural design, featuring a main hotel building, villas, a wedding chapel, and the Hongcaifang restaurant. It's incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, activities, and entertainment. The front desk staff's service attitude was exceptionally good; they were always ready to help with any request. I had gotten blisters on my feet from walking in the evening, and when I went to the front desk in the morning to ask for a plaster, a kind staff member found a waterproof one for me from the back, which was very thoughtful. Although the hotel's decor felt a bit dated, it was clean and tidy, with fully equipped facilities and first-class service. Overall, the experience was still quite impressive!
