Lovely clean smart hotel great location. Room was a decent enough size lots of bathroom amenities. Close to Wangfujing street and loads of restaurants.

This hotel has very good respond to customer needs, I write to them prior to arrival and responded quickly. The hotel is super clean comfortable and located in the heart of the city though not the nearest to wangfujing pedestrian walk, the nearest metro station is the pink line n accessible thru the building next to it. The surrounding is good and easy to find food.

This is our first visit to Beijing and Park Plaza Beijing Hotel has made our trip a memorable one. The location is near Wangfujing walking street, and nearby has many restaurants and local eateries too. There’s a Starbucks and convenience store just a stone throw away. The laundry machine is made available for free to all hotel guests which is a perk especially in this Summer season. We will definitely consider coming back again!

Conveniently located in the eastern inner quarter of old Beijing. Nearby is the Shijia Hutong Museum, recommended for those who want to have an understanding of Hutong history and the courtyard houses. Some plus and minuses, there is a self service laundry room however the twelve oldd washing machines and dryers are fully utilized in the evening. So choose your laundry time wisely. One of the dryer was down but left unrepaired. Eateries, catering to the local residents and tourists alike are conveniently located. The hotel staff is generally polite helpful and friendly.

A big hotel with all the facilities you need. Location is good, just behind the Dengshikou train station, about 3 mins walk. The hotel is more towards the older design, not modern, however it is very well maintained. Rooms are specious and i like the shower in the bathtub. Laundry services provided at free of charge but during peak period, you may need to wait for your turn. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

The front desk are very polite and nice and provide xtra miles to help me find a connecting room as i did not request earlier. The concierge are very helpful everyone of them, wil help us with our bookings of didi and *******. Make up room the lady is very nice and make sure our rooms are clean and essential are top up, they even surprise us with bday decor. Thumbs up

Nice hotel, nearby to subway station just behind next building. Location is just nice for a short walk to WangFuJing Street, or if take subway, probably need to change station. Few eateries nearby hotel that open till late. Very convenient to go sight seeing for first time in Beijjng

Everything is good except the breakfast. Was expecting better for the price paid. Stayed for a week and the breakfast was the same everyday.

We enjoyed excellent service and accommodation! The food was great! Highly recommended for first time visitors in Beijing. We went as a family and everyone was happy to experience such a great stay.

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times. Excellent is brilliant. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. I would definitely recommend it. Lovely to see a chess competition too.

I had a wonderful stay here, and what truly touched me was the surprise birthday decoration on my room window. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected! After a day of exploring the city, coming back to that cheerful display really made my evening. Thank you to the team for the kind attention to detail — it made my birthday away from home feel extra special.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Everything is so great about this hotel. Clean and spacious room, walking distance to MRT and friendly counter staff especially Angelia who is helpful and patient. Will definitely consider to stay here again on my next trip.
