This hotel is perfect location 1-2 minutes from exit A, but should be identify the lobby has level 3.

An apartment hotel in Business District area. Our family of five stayed for four nights. Rooms are spacious and the beds are big and comfy. It’s winter season when we came and the rooms are comfortably warm. And toiletries were replenished daily. Rita and her colleague were kind enough to direct us to the nearby mall which is about 10 minutes walk and helped us order food when we were so tired to go out.

Very near to metro. Room size is sufficient for family of 4 with washing machine inside the room. A nice place nestled inside a residential area. Would recommend this apartment.

The hotel is in a good location very near to metro. Take abit of asking to get to the correct place within the building but should be easy enough. Well-equipped and comfortable room. The room is cleaned everyday so the upkeep is very good.

Extremely friendly and helpful reception service. Always ready to help and respond very promptly to us. Location was superb with train exit just steps away! Nearby has limited breakfast options but two nearby malls with great food and within walking distance. Love this hotel, everyone had a great stay!

The apartment is inside a condo, have to go through a security in order to go in. very near the station. just beside the apartment. Staff there is very friendly. One thing is when i booked, it says it is a smokefree room but the room given to me has smoke smell all over. but the staff did give us a air purifier. it helps but doesnt remove all the smell. The room's noise isolation is bad. I can hear whenever someone walk pass our room.

Overall was great especially their front desk are very kind and helpful. Location very close with monorail. Hope can improve more in room cleanliness, others so far so good.

First of all, I was questioned for a long time about my ID card information when I checked in. The front desk also confirmed it with the police station, but later the lady at the front desk apologized and assisted in the check-in. But the experience was very bad and I felt discriminated against. I don’t understand why foreigners can be received, but domestic guests have to be questioned so much. If there are such official regulations, it is recommended to confirm or publicize them in advance. In addition, the waiter will knock on the door at around 9 o'clock every morning and ask if you want to clean, which is too early... and there is no explanation in advance, which is really intrusive. Aside from these surprises, overall it's pretty good.
