The Hotel is so good and so are the staff.. The priice is worth your stay

Parking lots are bumping, become swamps/small ponds when it rains. Staffs of front-desk are not well-trained for detail service.

I praise the hotel's strategic location, considerate service, comfortable and clean rooms, and the warm style of Tainan. Enjoying the night view from a high floor is relaxing and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

There is only Shanhua Night Market near the hotel, so transportation is not very convenient. The landscaping nearby is just garden landscaping. Thank you to the hotel for providing birthday gifts and decorations, including breakfast and midnight snacks, which are very delicious. The environment of the swimming pool is very average. There are too many leaves and feathers and need to be cleaned more frequently. There is a water machine on the floor but no hot water, which is a bit deducted. If you have children, you can add money to participate in activities such as playing with the kiln, picking non-toxic fruits and vegetables in the vegetable garden, playing with paintball, and fishing. There is only a more expensive Hong Kong-style dim sum restaurant downstairs, but the taste is still good. When staying here, if you are hungry, there are still cookies, candies, and drinks downstairs. It is highly recommended that if you get off from Shanhua Railway Station, you should reserve a shuttle bus (free) with the hotel one day in advance, otherwise you will have to drag your luggage through a long staircase.

The staff at the counter had a really bad attitude. When checking out, they looked down on tourists and told you to stand at the counter and wait for them to check if anything was missing from the room! I accidentally smoked a cigarette in the toilet and they wanted to fine me NT$28,000. I said you don’t have the authority to do that, you can call the police and I’ll pay you NT$10,000! They kept calling and said I didn’t pay the NT$28,000. Try it! The attitude was really bad.

The overall experience is average. There is no bottled water in the room and it is a little inconvenient to go to the water dispenser to get water.

There is a midnight snack in the evening, which is a surprise! Although the breakfast items are limited, they are all very delicious! A hotel worth visiting again next time I go back to Shanhua, Tainan!
