Excellent hotel location in terms of proximity to the Haram and the availability of buses to go to the Haram and back. All other hotel buses welcome visitors. The hotel is excellent in general, although some comments regarding the cleaning staff and the contents of the rooms. The window is broken and does not close, and the door lock is broken from the inside. There is no soap. The nearby restaurants are bad.
