The hotel is new, so the rooms have a bit of a smell, but it's really nice. When I first arrived, the room wasn't ready, so I had to wait 20 minutes. It's okay, don't rush. The room size (my room only) is a bit small. It's enough for two small 20-inch suitcases, but it's a stretch for two large ones. I ordered breakfast for two days, but I missed it one day because I was rushing a train, so I went the next day. The breakfast was satisfying and quite good. The hotel is in a great location (easy to get a taxi, as there's a large parking lot, and I'm happy with the online taxi service that brings me to the hotel). It's located on the edge of the East Second Ring Road, so there's some traffic. It's not a big deal if you're not caught during rush hour. It's close to Niujie Street and Beijing West Railway Station. I didn't take the subway, but the 1.5-kilometer walk is fine. The bus to the subway entrance is also two stops away. I just hope the two front desk staff can familiarize themselves with all the possible procedures quickly. They get a bit overwhelmed when there are too many people. It's important to remember the information about the branded hotel (Huazhu Club) so you don't panic when things get busy.

The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and responsible. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was good. The most amazing thing was the robot meal delivery service and the washer-dryer. As expected, as it was said on the Internet, Hanting Hotel has a washing machine. After a day of sightseeing, I can wash the clothes of the day when I arrive at the hotel. Not bad👍

(I didn't care about it at the time and thought it was okay). When I went out on the 3rd, I told the front desk to clean the room. As a result, when I returned at around 9 o'clock in the evening, the room was still a mess. I just emptied the garbage in the trash can (I played outside for a day and just wanted to go back to have a clean and comfortable environment to rest. As a result, I went back and found that the room was still messy, so I was speechless...) I contacted the front desk immediately. The front desk asked the cleaning staff to come over to clean. The explanation given by the cleaning staff was that when she was cleaning our room, a guest in another room asked her to come over to clean. She hurried over, and then after cleaning that guest's room, she forgot to go back and clean our room! ! ! If this is really the reason, then I want to ask if you didn't come first to be kind? ! ! This reason is ridiculous! ! ! ! What is even more incomprehensible is that the cleaning was just left unfinished. The front desk didn't even come back to explain or apologize. The management is lacking, and the cleaners are also sloppy in their work, showing their cunning and slyness (of course there are definitely cleaners who clean well, but it's just that individual behavior affects the image of the entire hotel)! ! ! I hope your hotel can standardize management and provide guests with a quiet and comfortable environment! ! ! Finally, I want to say that the room fee is nearly 600 yuan a night. Not to mention that the room is small, at least it should be clean and tidy. But for this service, I don't want to say anything... By the way, the air conditioner is also very noisy. I can't fall asleep if the air conditioner is turned on.

The hotel is very clean and hygienic. Although it is in the city center, the environment is quiet and there is no noise when sleeping. The hotel's parking lot is large and convenient for parking. The laundry room, canteen and hall on the first floor are reasonably laid out and quite comfortable.

Facilities: Newly opened hotels have new facilities. Hygiene: The cleaning lady in the room cleaned the room very well. The cleaning lady on the third floor is very nice. She is a new employee of the hotel and she said she is not very experienced in the business. However, she always cleans the room very well every time my parents and I come back from outings. She also greets us warmly every time we see her. For this reason alone, she deserves praise. The cleaning lady on the third floor is fully recognized and praised.
