Hejia Hotels in Beijing

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right next to a subway entrance, making travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding commercial area is bustling yet surprisingly quiet. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a lovely smile. Check-in was swift, and she thoughtfully offered recommendations for local eateries. The room itself was surprisingly spotless. I loved the subtle fresh scent of the bedding, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was perfectly designed. The natural, plant-based toiletries were a delightful touch and very pleasant to use. Nights were exceptionally quiet, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide array of both Western and Chinese dishes. The freshly prepared wontons and fried eggs were cooked to perfection, and the fruit was wonderfully fresh. Upon check-out, the staff proactively offered to assist with my luggage and even presented me with a small souvenir. Overall, the value for money here is outstanding. I will absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit and have already highly recommended it to my friends!

The front desk staff, Sun Jianxia, Zhang Yujie, and Yan Xiaomeng, provided exceptional service. They were always welcoming with a smile, incredibly helpful, and readily answered all our questions. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive; they were able to flexibly and promptly adjust room arrangements to meet guest needs, ensuring a truly wonderful stay. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless and cleaned it promptly. Overall, from the moment we stepped into Hejia Hotel, we felt a warm, home-away-from-home atmosphere.

The surrounding transportation is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the service staff has a good attitude. I brought my child to Beijing for medical treatment and came several times before the New Year. Every time I brought my child alone, I felt that I couldn't hold the luggage in front of me, so I asked the service staff to store it for me. This time it was really stored for more than two months, which was a bit too long. I didn't expect that after arriving at the store, the front desk saw who I was and found all the luggage and baby strollers for me. They also packed the small toys that my child left in the room in a plastic bag for us. This small gesture is really heartwarming.

Spent 3 nights at Hejia. Though with limited Mandarin, Ms Guo CaiXia checked us in and found us a non smoking room as the first has a smoke smell. Ms Guo was very patient in working with my poor Mandarin and explained every thing to me. Very patient, respectful and kind. Thank you ms Guo. The room is huge and clean. Has all one needs for a comfortable night sleep. Water pressure could be stronger but the hot water was hot! 5 minutes walk to a huge market for fruits, drinks etc. 3 minutes walk to food and 10 to a Luckin coffee. Bus stops in front of hotel, can take bus to temple of heaven,..122 directly to Beijing train west

The room is cozy, the second floor is clean, the restaurant on the first floor has rich dishes, it is close to the subway station and convenient for travel, and it is very close to Peking University, Tsinghua University, Yuanmingyuan and the Summer Palace. It can be reached by bicycle. It is a good place for family travel. There is a sound of power in the bathroom at night, and the sound insulation is not very good, but it will be fine once you get used to it. Xiaodu voice control curtains, TV switches, etc. is very smart.

The experience of staying at Hejia Hotel was great! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and it was as comfortable as returning home. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic, the service attitude is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and people feel particularly warm. Self-service three meals a day is also provided, the meal is very good, I will choose here next time 😉
