The transportation is also very convenient. The hotel entrance is less than 100 meters away from the double subway exit of Line 6 and Line 9. It takes only 30-60 minutes to travel to most scenic spots. If you watch the flag raising, you will take a taxi at night. There is no traffic jam at night. We set off at 2 o'clock. It was too early. We waited for a long time to raise the flag. It is recommended to leave an hour before sunrise, save long queues, flag raising to security check, try not to bring bags. In terms of food and shopping, the hotel is directly opposite the road to the mall, which is very convenient.

This hotel was very convinient for us. Its directly at a metro Station that connects the city with the airport. Therefore we were quickly there, sadly most of Bejings Metro Station dont have Elevator or escalator so it was a bit of the struggele but still convenienct location. We started a trip with Mubus to Great Wall, meeting point was very close 3 Minute walk. Metro also 3 minutes walk. Hotel room big enough and clean. For non chinese speaker the Air Con at least in our room was a struggel since it was speak activated. The cleaning lady was very helpful and started it for is. We ask the man at the reception to speak us an audio message so that we could stop it. This should be opimised since the hotel welcomes foreigners. Loved the Option to recieve Packages over this hotel since my friend ordered stuff from Taobao for me and send it to the hotel even days before i arived, much appriciated.

He even proactively shared recommendations for local food and transportation tips, which were incredibly useful. I had an urgent need to print some documents, and he immediately helped me out, showing patience and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely cared for. His professional service made me feel right at home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and a big thumbs up for Li Feng's excellent service!

When I checked in, there was a female receptionist (one with undyed hair) who had a dark face throughout the whole process. My teenage son accompanied me to check in, but he didn't need to check in. The receptionist asked my son for his ID card. I said I didn't bring it with me and I just put it up. I understood that it was a rule after something was rejected, so my son went to the lobby to wait for me to finish my work. When I was about to go upstairs, he said with a black face again, reminding me that I can’t go upstairs without an ID card. I thought: 1. We don’t want to go up again. 2. What are you doing? It's not a confidential unit, why should it be like guarding against thieves? Very unpleasant check-in experience. The hotel does not have an elevator. The room equipment is average but it is clean. The attitude of the guy when checking out was quite friendly.

Accompanying my family to Anzhen Hospital, the hotel just opened for more than half a month when I checked in. The service was very good, the hotel was very new and soundproofed. There is also a free shuttle bus to Anzhen Hospital every day, which is very convenient. The price is very high, I plan to live here when I bring my children to Universal Studios for a while.
