Hanting Properties in Beijing

I had an early flight, so I just randomly picked this hotel at the terminal, thinking it would be convenient to get to the airport by taxi without having to wake up too early. It was my first time at Daxing Airport and I was a bit lost, unsure how to get to the hotel. I asked a few staff members at the airport for directions, and one volunteer mentioned that they thought the hotel had a shuttle service. I was instantly happy and quickly called the front desk to inquire. The lady on the phone was so nice and patiently guided me step-by-step on how to find the pick-up point. I got to Gate 3 on the fourth floor, and the hotel shuttle arrived in less than two minutes. The driver of the Ford Transit was also very friendly, and we were at the hotel in just three to five minutes. It was truly a great experience, and I hope for a free room upgrade next time!

I checked into this expensive hotel very late that day. I saw that it was newly opened so I booked it. We were assigned room 109 and were told the door was broken and hadn't been fixed yet so the room card might not work if we went out, which was not a problem. The key is that the hygiene is not very good. There is some garbage on the floor next to the bed as soon as you enter the door. There were water stains and hair on the bathroom floor. But after seeing that the bed was clean, I didn't go to the front desk. I guess the cleaning lady just replaced the supplies and forgot to mop the floor. Although newly opened hotels have good facilities, they will soon become deteriorating if they are not properly maintained. Also, we have children with us. The front desk did not take the initiative to provide children with supplies.

I was here for a visa application, and this hotel is incredibly close to the embassy, just a 5-minute walk away. The facilities are comprehensive, and the hygiene is impeccable. I had a great night's sleep with no noise whatsoever. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, always greeting guests proactively. When the delivery robots are busy, staff members personally bring food deliveries to the rooms, minimizing wait times for guests. You can easily walk to Yansha Shopping Centre, and the night views along the Liangma River International Waterfront Park are stunning. A stroll along the river is incredibly relaxing.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and had excellent natural light and ventilation. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and check-in was very efficient. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the facilities are comprehensive. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

A driver provides pick-up and drop-off services from the subway station every half hour between 8 AM and 10 PM. Food deliveries are handled discreetly: delivery staff bring items to the front desk, and a robot then delivers them directly to your room, ensuring guests are not disturbed. 2. **Cleanliness**: The rooms are exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-lit. Housekeeping tidies up daily after guests head out. For longer stays, there's a convenient laundry room downstairs equipped with washing machines that also have a drying function. 3. **Service**: The staff are incredibly service-oriented. Both the front desk team and the housekeepers are very thoughtful and professional. Housekeeping respects personal space, never moving belongings unnecessarily and leaving unfinished drinks untouched. Any items forgotten during check-out are immediately reported to the front desk for verification. The front desk even proactively suggested calling them directly for urgent matters, as message replies might be delayed. 4. **Value for Money**: It offers excellent value for money. As a Hanting hotel under the Huazhu Hotels Group, its prices are very competitive; similar double rooms in other hotels typically cost around 500, making this a much more affordable option. Now for a couple of minor drawbacks: 1. **Location**: The hotel's location is somewhat remote. The walk from the subway station to the hotel can feel quite deserted, especially if you arrive after 10 PM and miss the hotel's shuttle service, which could raise some safety concerns. 2. **Drying Clothes**: While hangers are provided, there isn't a convenient place to dry clothes (just a small hook flush against the wall, not near a window), making it inconvenient for laundry. As it was my first time in Beijing, I found the overall experience very pleasant. Getting a good rest is crucial when traveling to have the energy to explore, and this hotel certainly provided that. I highly recommend the Hanting Baliqiao branch.

Honestly, the hotel's location is superb. It's so convenient to get to all the attractions, which saved us a lot of travel time. The front desk staff were also very helpful; they met all our requests. The cleanliness was good too. The only downside is that the decor is quite basic, but that's understandable. Overall, we had a great three-day, two-night trip. Too bad I forgot to take photos!

The location is very convenient, close to the Bird's Nest, only a ten-minute taxi ride away. There's a good variety of food delivery options, and many places to order from after the concert. The newly opened hotel rooms are very new, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the service is excellent.

The hotel's location is truly excellent! You can see the Temple of Heaven right outside the window and walk to Temple of Heaven Park. The Jinyukou bus stop is just a short walk away, and you can easily reach the Line 7 and 8 subway stations on foot or by shared bike – there are Hello Bike, Qingju, and ******* shared bike parking spots right outside the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's not far from the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Qianmen Street, and Dashilar. Plus, Line 7 goes directly to Universal Studios, making sightseeing very efficient. The front desk staff are wonderful; they patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. Although the room isn't huge, all the amenities are new, and overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing!

Breakfast was extremely disappointing. When we went down at 8:30 AM, everything was gone – empty trays everywhere. No one was clearing the tables either. I ordered a bowl of noodles and two bowls of wontons. When the noodles came out, I asked if I could just grab them, and since no one said anything, I did. But then I was told that they were for someone else who was waiting, and the staff kept on about it. With a child present, I didn't argue, but honestly, it was enough. Why would the staff talk to customers like that? I also asked for milk twice and never got it. The room itself was okay, but the air conditioning wasn't very cold. Parking was quite convenient though.

The room was quite spacious, and everything felt new. The table was convenient for two people to dine at. However, as soon as I entered and went to use the toilet, I noticed it was a bit dirty. The odd thing was, it cleaned up with just one flush, which made me wonder if it had been cleaned after the previous guest. I ended up ordering some alcohol spray via delivery and cleaning the toilet myself. Other than that, my experience was very good, and I would choose this place again. Though, I might do a quick hygiene check beforehand next time.
